🚨 STOP CONFUSING FACEBOOK PAGE WITH FACEBOOK GROUP! 🚨
They are NOT the same thing, and knowing the difference can help you use Facebook the right way. 👇
📄 FACEBOOK PAGE A Page is mainly for building a public brand, business, or personal audience.
✅ People follow your Page
✅ You create content for your audience
✅ Great for Reels, videos, photos, and educational content
✅ You can build your brand and reach new people
✅ Pages have professional tools and may be eligible for monetization, depending on Meta’s requirements
👥 FACEBOOK GROUP A Group is mainly for building a community around a particular interest or topic.
✅ People join the Group
✅ Members can interact and discuss topics
✅ Members may be able to create posts,
depending on the Group settings
✅ Great for communities, learning, support, networking, and discussions
✅ Admins and moderators manage the community
💡 THE SIMPLE DIFFERENCE:
👉 PAGE = Build an audience/brand.
👉 GROUP = Build a community.
For example, you can have a page where you share your content, and a Group where your followers come together to discuss, ask questions, and connect.
