Celebrating a Milestone: Earnest Obinna Victor Diploma, B.A/Ed, M.Ed, MBA, Cm, GMBPsS, GBC, fCMgr
Thursday, 8th May 2025 marked a defining moment in the life of Earnest Obinna Victora day of triumph, thanksgiving, and reflection, as he proudly graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northampton, UK. In a ceremony filled with pride and heartfelt emotion, Earnest was joined by his loving family and friends. Their presence made the occasion all the more meaningful, reflecting the strength of family bonds and the support that carried him through his academic journey. He will be ungrateful if he didn't recognise the supports and prayers of his lovely wife Ihuoma Earnest Victor even when the road was rough. Thank you all for your love, supports and encouragements ❤️❤️❤️.
This achievement is not just about a degree; it is the culmination of resilience, hard work, and divine grace. As an international student in a new country, Earnest encountered numerous challenges, from adapting to a different academic system to balancing studies with family responsibilities and part-time work. Yet, through it all, his unwavering faith in God, his commitment to personal growth, and his deep desire to serve others propelled him forward.
With a professional background rich in education, counselling, logistics, and volunteer service Earnest has consistently demonstrated leadership, empathy, and a heart for community development. His MBA represents the sharpening of these skills, equipping him further for leadership roles that demand strategic thinking, organisational insight, and people-centred solutions.
In his own words, “This journey has been humbling. I give all glory to God, who sustained me through the long nights, the uncertainty, and the sacrifices. This success is not mine alone it belongs to everyone who stood by me, believed in me, and prayed with me.”
During this time, Earnest was confirmed as a Changemaker by the Council UK, a Foundational Chartered Member by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) UK, and a Graduate Chartered Member by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Earnest’s story serves as a beacon of hope for many, proving that with faith, perseverance, and the right support system, no dream is too distant. As he looks ahead to new leadership and public service opportunities, one thing remains clear: his journey is just beginning.
To God Be All The Glory……...
