Olorin Biyi Samuel became very popular in 2002 with his hit song “Igi Aruwe.” The Yoruba track blew up and everyone loved it….

But his joy did not last long. He claimed that the movie producer, Femi Fadeyi, took ownership of the song and removed his rights. This setback affected his career for many years….

To correct the story, Biyi later released a new modern remix titled “The Journey So Far (Igi Ti Ruwe).”

But in an exclusive interview with Biola Adebayo (TalkB) Femi Fadeyi denied the alleg&tions. He stated that Igi Aruwe was a group effort. Everyone was paid, and he claimed Biyi Samuel privately apologized later for the misunderstanding.
