Congratulations to Zahrah Ibrahim, a Nigerian lecturer and PhD student of engineering at University of Aberdeen in Scotland, for winning the prestigious European “Drilling Engineering Innovation Award”.

Her presentation on “A Novel Approach for Wellbore Strengthening” wowed the judges and secured her the top spot among the nominees.

She is a role model for excellence and innovation in engineering. Let’s celebrate her success and encourage more girls to pursue education and their dreams.
