I was in a store a few days ago to pick things for the house on my way from work; after paying for the things i picked, i turned and told the store attendant i will see you next time with a smile and i left.

Last night after work again i stopped by at the same store to get a couple of other stuffs.

When i was living this time, the same store attendant ran calling me 'Bros, Bros you promised to see me the other time nah. Am expecting you oooo!'

Omo.. the hardship in the land has made a lot of youths misinterprete everything.

I will see you now means you have promised to give them money when next they see you.

When you fail think about those that will be going down with you in the process.

Anytime you mess things up intentionally or out of carelessness it a huge slap on the face's of those who referred you for that job or business opportunity.

Don't tarnish people's image because of greedy and selfish interest.

Cletus was referred by his Parish Priest for an important role in a very reputable organisation as a procurement manager he didn't go through the normal job interview process because the Managing Director of the company thought since this fellow is from his Parish Priest there won't be issues.

Few months into his employment in the organization Cletus made away with huge sums of money and the Praish Priest was called with different complains about Cletus to the Priest he was helping him with a job so he will be able to assist his widowed mother and younger siblings.

The Pay on the job was attractive but still his eyes πŸ‘€ couldn't go off the company's fund in he's care as a procurement manager.

The Parish Priest was so disappointed Cletus was arrested by the law enforcement agency only to discover that he bought landed properties and sent his girlfriend for abroad studies 😒

This singular act landed him in prison 😳
He's mother fell sick and had partial stroke πŸ˜ͺ and she died in the process.

The girlfriend he sponsored abroad for studies got married to another man she met abroad when she learnt Cletus was in prison.

Be patient on the job and believe God for your break through try not to be ahead by syphoning fund from organization you are employed the end is usually terrible if care is not taking you might not live to tell the story.

Embarrassment is only for a moment but regret last forever because it comes with anguish. You can't reverse the hands of time.

A time wasted can never be regained, therefore life has no refund, once it is gone, it's gone forever!

The best time to learn a skill is now that you have the time; as you grow older in life, it gets to a time you realise you no longer have time to do a lot of things because life has no refunds.

No recognition or award is little. As an organization, we are grateful to God Almighty for the opportunity to impact youths in Nigeria to be gainfully employed through Craftsmanship activities.

Our vision is to reduce unemployment problem among members of the public in Nigeria.

So much job opportunities we can create with the skills in our hands.

Facilitating craft sessions at the Nigerian -British Chamber of Commerce Youths and Women Entrepreneurship training was beautiful. We are grateful for this award and it is dedicated to every young Nigerian out there making a difference in the lives of others.

108 cohort 1 students graduated πŸŽ“ after 12 weeks of intensive learning and two weeks of internship.

Nation building; national development is everybody's responsibility. We look forward to partnering with more organisations.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is something every organization should be doing and Youths Empowerment training through vocational education is one aspect that needs a whole lot of attention.

Provide us with the necessary tools, training materials and funds; we will train youths on your behalf and it will be credited to you and your organization.

We look forward to partnering with more organisations in this regard.

We have more grounds to cover. When people are impacted and empowered, crime rate in Nigeria will reduce drastically.

Embarrassment only last for a moment but regret is for a life time. Ask questions rather than moving in the dark nobody is an Island when it comes to knowledge.

Be teachable
The only way to learn fast is when you are truly willing to learn.Learn a skill and be self dependent.

Never you miss an opportunity to be heard. Your responsibility is to deliver what you have to say to the person listening in a sensible way.

Let it be left for them to buy into your idea or not; just ensure what you are saying is making sense; now or later, it will be reasoned out and one or two sensible fellows would pick some sense from it.

You are a voice and you deserve to be heard.

Incase you are coming across my post for the first time, I am actively involved in youth empowerment projects through Craftsmanship campaigns.

I impact people with the ability to create different crafts with commercial value thereby reducing unemployment problem.

I communicate the importance of learning a skill in different ways both on radio and through tutorials physically and through videos.
