Introduction of midway innovation empowerment training.

We as citizens, indigenes of different tribes of our beloved country, Nigeria, see ourselves and our fellow youths as competent, visionary and progressive individuals of this nation, we do not want s*x, tribe, age, race et al, to stand between us and the chance to make it big in life, for this reasons we decided to come together as one to introduce a well designed initiative, an initiative that will encourage, educate and empower young people through supports and contributions from organizations.

Midway innovation is organizing an entrepreneurship skills development training mainly for young people, who are zealous, determined and creative. Our most concern is to see a wide range of young people develop more in their skills, make a living out of it, also take the challenge and break the chains of the employee’s mentality, and be useful to themselves and the society at large.

We do not have to wait for government to set the frame work for progress in certain sectors which they have already failed.

Our youths are blessed with great and unique talents; this training will empower people to do what they want to do. It lets people be creative. It let people learn things they didn’t think they could learn before, and so, in a sense, it is all about potentials. it is time for them to make good use of their time, and stay off the street, as this will help keep them busy and productive, it will enable them add value to the society with their gift, they will be less involved in youth’s gangs, criminal networks, abuse of illicit drugs, use of alcohol and many more.

MIDWAY INNOVATION, having identified among this young people are potential philosophers, writers, artists, entrepreneurs, craftmen and women, people who will create, who will constitute, who will continue the African richly and unique culture....we are organizing and making provision for a conducive learning environment for this young people, who are eager, zealous and ambitious to fulfill their full potentials, see this as an opportunity and grap it, to be part of the skills developmental initiative programme, introduced by midway innovation, a training that will add more and showcase their innate abilities to something more profitable, experts from different fields will be available to impact valuable knowledge, at the end of the training, they will be entitled to some benefits, as this will help keep them busy and productive, and they will also add value to the society with their gift.

Our concern, are the young people in our society, that are in one way or the other lost their focus in life, people with great potentials, but never had the opportunity to be heard, skilful, creative, enterprising, we are playing a fundamental role of introducing a newly designed initiative platform for this young people that will develope more, their creative and innovative potentials, through our valuable programmes, life changing events and training, that will help reshaping this young people's lifestyles and give their life a meaning, whereby, they will contribute to and benefit from a properious, democratic society, despite the current economic states in the country. we will make the change happen....
