A man took to social media to share his story and left Mzansi inspired.

He said that he grew up in poverty. Some nights, there just wasn't any food left. He would often hear his mom crying herself to sleep, trying to disguise her cries in her pillow for her son not to hear.

Since hearing that he promised himself to take care of her and he did. He thanks God for his Grace because that is how he was able to gift her a beautiful house on Mothers Day. 🥰👇❤️

PHOTOS: Ondo Lady Begins 150 Hours Cook-a-thon To Break Guinness Records

An Ondo chef identified as Adeola Adeyeye has begun a 150-hour cook-a-thon in an attempt to break Hilda Baci's Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon of 93 hours and 11 minutes.

This is coming after another Nigerian chef, Adeparusi Damilola aka Chef Dammy embarked on a 120-hour cook-a-thon in Oye Local Government Area of Ekiti State.

Adeyeye began the cook-a-thon on Friday, June 30, 2023, in the Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State and is scheduled to conclude on Thursday, July 6, 2023.

You may not know what we have but what we give can be seen...From what I spend on philanthropic activities, Statistics shows I give more than any other African. So let's leave it at that.

Update: Skit maker Trinity Guy reportedly sought parent’s consent to use 10-year-old girl in his skit. Parents currently being quizzed by SCID

Skit maker Abdullahi Maruf Adisa 'aka' Trinity reported at the premises of the Oyo State Police Command today, Friday, June 23, 2023, at about 10 am in the company of his legal counsel to honour an invitation extended to him by the Command.

The state police command revealed this in a statement on its official Twitter on Friday.

Recall that a formal invitation was extended to 31-year-old Trinity by the Oyo State Police Command on Thursday, June 22, 2023, in connection with an obsc£ne viral video where a female minor was asked dist¥bing questions.

Preliminary Investigations revealed that the obsc£ne video which was a clear violation of Sec. 32,35 and 36 of the Child Rights Act of 2023 depicts explicit s+x¥al exploitation of the minor who was compelled to give dist¥rbing descriptive details of a Male gen .

In addition, the Skit Maker during the interview provided shocking revelations about the involvement of the minor's parents before, during and after the production.

He particularly emphasized that the consent of both parents was sought before uploading the skit on the internet.

Consequently, Isiaka Ahmed, 40 years and his Wife, Rofiat, 29 years, both biological parents of the minor are presently being quizzed by the Gender/Juvenile Related Offences Desk of the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) alongside Trinity.

PHOTOS: Skitmaker Cute Abiola Welcomes First Child in Saudi Arabia

Popular online comedian and comic actor Abdulgafar Ahmad, better known as Cute Abiola, and his wife Khudrah Mosunmola have welcomed their first child (a boy) together in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

The couple, who are currently at the holy land of Mecca, Saudi Arabia for the 2023 Hajj, announced the birth of their bundle of joy today.

Taking to Instagram to share pictures of the couple together, the skit maker, who also doubles as SSA to Kwara state governor AbdulRahman AbdulaRazak, said a man is not totally complete until he is able to give birth to a newborn. He also appreciated his wife, Mosunmola, for piloting the journey of the baby into the world.

Indicating that the child was born in Mecca, he wrote, "Never is a man more of a man than when he is the father of a newborn. I have a son now 🙈, and he is ALHAJI 🥰😍 . Thank you, my love ❤️."

Reposting the pictures on her Instagram handle, the mother of the child described today as the most magical day of her entire life and thanked Almighty Allah for the gift of the child. She wrote, "The most magical day of my life ❤️❤️. Thank you, Allah. 🙏 Welcome, oko mi ."

Celebrities, colleagues, and fans of the skit maker, however, flooded the announcement post to congratulate the couple on the arrival of their new bundle of joy.
