Ewa Ede Yoruba is meant to bridge this gap among our people that have been lured away from our beautiful language. EWA EDE YORUBA IS A FORUM TO SHOWCASE THE BEAUTY INHERENT IN THE USAGE OF YORUBA LANGUAGE OF THE WESTERN PART OF NIGERIA AND TO ENCOURAGE OTHER TRIBES' VIEWS CONCERNING THE LANGUAGE, SINCE SOME OF THE UPDATES ARE TRANSLATED INTO ENGLISH FOR WIDER AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION. Ògbòǹtarìgì Àgbà Òsèré Oríìtàgé, Pa Ọ̀jọ̀gbọ́n Kọ́lá Oyèéwọ̀ jẹ ìpè Asẹ̀dá. Kí Asẹ̀dá má sàì ṣe ikú ní ìsinmi fún wọn!!. Kí Asẹ̀dá tu àwọn mọ̀lẹ́bí wọn nínú!!. Ase nt'Edumare. Sùn re o!!

Translation: Huum... Nobody warns the Moon not to rise. You don't tell Sun not to set, except someone who would have died before their eclipses!!. It's certain that any human who comes unto this world must taste death.

Translation: Loamy Soil can't be eaten like groundnut because Ẹ̀gbá owns Abẹ́òkúta!. Whereas a Stone cannot be eaten like Àmàlà because Ìbàdàn owns Olúyọ̀lé!. Is it true or fallacy to say that Ìbàdàn is the leader of Ẹ̀gbá in funny or m0cking teasing?

Translation: Huum...he who is in captivity would never be aware of the efforts of those outside are putting up to effect his freedom!!.
