People post the best angle of themselves.
The best lighting. The best smile.

I’ve had days I didn’t even want to be in the picture.

After my CS, I struggled.
I questioned my body.
I cried in front of the mirror.

But God began to teach me something…

This body is not broken.
This scar is not shame.
It is evidence of grace.

My scar is proof that I survived something powerful.
Proof that God carried me through.

So if you’re feeling “too fat” or “not pretty enough”
please remember:

Your body carried life.
Your body fought.
Your body healed.

You are fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:14)

The same God who brought you through that season
is still restoring your confidence,
still strengthening your heart,
still writing your story.

You are not ruined.
You are refined.

And that is beautiful 🤍✨
