The second Data Pack of eFootball PES 2020 was released on October 24th, and the mobile edition one week before

eFootball PES 2020’s Data Pack 2.0 was released on October 24th and brings over 100 player faces updated, new legends, kits, boots and stadiums that both professional Pro Evolution Soccer players and fans can enjoy from now on. However, this is not the only news for PES enthusiasts this month. On October 15th, KONAMI released the mobile version of the game that, after a couple of days under maintenance, was finally available at the end of the week.

Data Pack 2.0 brings news for one of the eFootball.Pro first season’s clubs: FC Barcelona. The faces or aspect of some players have been improved, including Leo Messi, Arturo Vidal or Ansu Fati. Another update that PES players can enjoy is the third kit of the club, that has been added, and has been inspired by the one of the 1996-97 season.

Both FC Barcelona and other clubs, including Juventus, FC Bayern München or Manchester United FC, have updates such as new faces or legends. Another improvement affects Arsenal FC’s Emirates stadium, that adds new graphics to give a better feeling to players.

There are many ways to improve your skills as a PES player, one of them being looking for advice from other pros. EL_Matador, Schalke 04 player and winner of the eFootball.Pro Invitational, has some tips and tricks to those of you who want to improve in PES. These tips can help you if you want to become a pro in the future:

Tip #1 - Watch pro players videos
If you want to become a pro, you have to watch other pros perform in tournaments and try to copy the strategies they apply to their gameplay. Notice their style, their passing, their dribbling, and their shooting. If you try to copy them, you will get better.

Tip #2 - Practice in Training Mode
Training Mode in PES lets you control and try out your own tactics, formations, strategies and many other things within the game. Use this Mode in PES to find some spots where the shooting and scoring works perfectly for you. This will let you score goals easily.

Tip #3 - Try to get into competitions
The only way to prove if you’re on the correct path on becoming a pro is to try yourself! Challenge yourself to participate in competitions such as online mode tournaments and MyClub. Try to find good players to match your skills. When you find your match, you will get better because you will play at a higher level.

Tip #4 - Play against the CPU
When you play against the CPU, you will get the gameplay routine. You will have a better idea of when you have to pause, when you have to shoot, etc. Normally, you would get very strong with it, but CPU it is a bit more complicated that a normal player. At the beginning, it’s very good to play the CPU.

Tip #5 - Try to find your own tactics
Try to create your own gaming style and train with your own tactics very often. Routine is everything in PES. It’s easier to handle your gaming style, have a clear game plan, and score goals.

Tip #5 - Practice free kicks in Training Mode
As mentioned in Tip #2, Training Mode lets you practice anything you want in the game in whichever way you prefer. Use this mode to practice free kicks. Free kicks are special weapons against really good opponents. They usually think you can’t score with free kicks, but when you can, you have a great weapon to score goals.

Apply these tips and tricks to your training routine so, just like EL_Matador, you can become a first level pro player. Practice and try yourself in competitions if you want to see improvement. Explore tactical options within PES and learn to master them. All of these tips altogether will make you improve your PES skills in no time.

The French player for FC Nantes offers his advice to help you improve your training techniques on PES

One way to improve your training skills as a PES player is getting to know how the pros train, and apply their routines to yours. Alex GRD, FC Nantes player from France, has some tips and tricks to those of you who want to seek training advice to improve their abilities in PES. Apply these tips and tricks to your training routine to help you become strong like Alex GRD:

Tip #1 - Play with the training menu
Go to the PES menu and play around a lot with the training menu. Test all types of kicks that can be done, try to find touches. Try out everything and you’ll see how the game is full of secrets.

Tip #2 - Play a lot online, especially against great players
Play against pro players like Usmakabyle, Lotfi, Kams, which are some of the big French players. Also against players like Ettorito, if you got the chance. Alex GRD believes that practicing against pro players will really help you get better.

Tip #3 - Save the matches you've played to train and watch them
Alex GRD’s third tip is to save those matches and take a look at them later to see how the great players actually play. Observe their gestures and imitate them, see how they’ve done it and which touches they use to execute their game.

Tip #4 - Concentrate before the tournaments
Alex GRD strongly advices to really concentrate before tournaments, eat well, and follow a healthy diet. It’s important to have a strong and healthy mind because PES is 80% mind, your skills come after that.

Tip #5 - Try to find your own tactics

Tip #5 - Play a lot against the CPU
You really learn a lot when you play offline against the CPU so you can see how the computer moves. Obviously, it’s not human but it helps you with the matches. When you’re up against the CPU, you’ll see what type of passes work well when the handicap is against you or with you, and so on.
