A group of young people from Ezza community of Ebonyi State under a civil society organization umbrella known as Oriuzor Youths Vanguards for Good Governance has hailed the outstanding performance of Sen. Engr. Kenneth Eze FNSE FNATE so far in the Senate. Speaking to some journalists in Abakaliki Ebonyi State on what they termed an unusual development in the zone, they spoke about the tidy steps being taken so far towards human capital development of citizens from Ebonyi Central Senatorial zone by the senator representing the zone.
The National President of the organization Mr. Igiri Innocent narrated the journey so far. Highlighting it one by one on what and how Senator Engr. Kenneth Eze is focused on. The steps towards taking the people out of poverty. Giving succor to many people through different avenues like job employment, free medical assistance, scholarships, community infrastructural development, other community needs, different empowerment programs and many more. He spoke on the recent enrollment/documentation of over fifty thousand youths across the four LGAs of Ebonyi Central Senatorial zone into President Tinubu empowerment Scheme.
Mr. Igiri said that this is unlike before when such benefits are being shared to people who are not from Ebonyi State talk less of people from Ebonyi Central. He said that in those days such benefits are sold to some people who are capable of buying a slot in total abandonment of the people who are in need. "In the past, we will always see girls from Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Kano, Jos talk about our Senator given them Federal Job, and including them in Federal Government Empowerment Scheme" Igiri said. The people of the zone has so much suffered in the hands of the past federal representative of the zone, and when they encountered the good leadership of Engr. Kenneth Eze in just six months of his representation they are here to acknowledge that they did not make any mistake by voting him as senator.
Mr. Igiri said: the empowerment capturing exercise was a litmus test for us to know how the Senator will treat the zone, and we are bold to say that Senator Engr Kenneth Eze has once again proven to be a father we can rely on. He did excellently well in office as the chairman of Ezza south LGA, and he has continued his outstanding performance at the Senate. We are proud of him.
The group used the same opportunity to congratulate him on his victory at the Appeal Court which has finally rested every challenge towards his Senatorial mandate.
