Bad news for Chelsea despite winning 4-0.

Frank Lampard is impressed by Callum Hudson-Odoi's performance in Chelsea's 4-0 win over Krasnodar in tonight's Champions League and has given update about the attacker's injury fears after the Englishman was spotted with ice strapping around his thigh in the second half.

Hudson-Odoi was given a start in Wednesday's Champions League clash against Krasnodar and the young forward used his opportunity very well, netting the Blues opening goal before the end of the first half.

An impressive late goals from Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic sealed Frank Lampard's men their first victory in the tournament but there were possible injury concerns regarding Hudson-Odoi, who was brought off in the 71st minute.

But head coach Frank Lampard is hopeful Hudson-Odoi's problem isn't a serious one despite the 19-year old appearing in some worrying state in the Blues dugout.

Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Frank Lampard said: "In terms of Callum's problem, it hasn't been reported to me after the game that there's an injury.

"I hope that there is nothing wrong and I'm excited he had a wonderful evening".

Apart from Arsenal against Liverpool, Tottenham won against Newcastle with goals from Kane(2) and Son, while second placed Mancity cruised past 18th placed relegation side Bournemouth, while Wolves were the unlucky one in the early Fixtures after a late goal from Burnley ending the match 1-1.
With this result, Arsenal shatters Liverpool's hope of a record 100 point (a record held by Mancity for a highest every point in an EPL season)

David McGoldrick broke his Premier League duck with two goals as Sheffield United dented Champions League-chasing Chelsea with a 3-0 victory at Bramall Lane.

McGoldrick benefitted from static Chelsea defending to end his 25-game wait for a top-flight goal with a close-range rebound after a Kepa Arrizabalaga save on 18 minutes
Oli McBurnie's clinical header punished more poor Chelsea defending on 33 minutes before the Blades secured another huge victory in their bid for European qualification when McGoldrick completed his double 13 minutes from time.

Sheffield United climb to sixth in the Premier League after a fourth consecutive home victory, while a dismal outing for third-place Chelsea could be compounded by victories for Leicester and Manchester United that will see the Blues drop as low as fifth come Monday.

RB Leipzig thrashed Mainz for the second time in the season with Tino Werner ending his eight-game goalless run, scoring a hat-trick in away 5-0 victory.
Mainz conceded 13 goals in two games versus RB Leipzig this season. After 8-0 in the reverse fixture, relegation candidates couldn't avoid another heavy defeat of Julien Nagelsmann's squad.
