BREAKING NEWS: The Department of State Services (DSS) has reportedly invited prominent activist Mama P over comments she made during a protest calling for the release of Sowore. During the protest, she alleged that President Tinubu had been involved in a criminal matter, referencing the forfeiture of $460,000 in a drug-related case.

This development comes shortly after a similar incident involving activist and government critic Sowore, who reportedly spent several days in detention at the Kuje Correctional Centre. Mama P has now become the latest activist and government critic to face scrutiny over public remarks.

*UPDATE ON POLITICS 🇳🇬*: Recently, a clash emerged between Nasiru Erufai and the Nigerian government. Erufai sent a formal letter to Nigeria's security agency, questioning the importation of a poisonous drug into the country. Instead of addressing the concern, the Nigerian government, via the DSS, sued Erufai. It’s rumored that the DSS isn’t legally authorized to do this, and the case should have been handled by the SSS. Notably, last night, February 16th, Nasiru Erufai spent the night in DSS custody. All of these clashes are assumed to be because Erufai joined the opposition of the ruling party, and many believe this is a ploy to tie him down ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
