Paying 24% more interest over the term of the loan for a 9% lower payment. Hardly one of the best financial products, John. Sure – it might help get people into homes. But it’s horrible financially.

I’ll be feeding the homeless for Christmas again this year and providing them with everyday essentials (deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, women products, shampoo and conditioner etc.) jackets, blankets, socks........Bringing toys to kids that are in homeless shelters (New or used)....... Bringing Gifts/Books/Games are any other things that the elderly may need or want in homes (a lot of them have no family for the holidays or they’re put in there and just forgot about). Will also be collecting wrapping paper, tape and bows to wrap all the gifts. I try and do this every year and a lot of y’all help out with donations and I thank y’all from the bottom of my heart. One person may not be able to make a huge impact but when we come together, anything and everything is possible. I will be setting up a GoFund Me for cash donations (this takes time to cash out so it will have to be done a week or so before) and I can also accept cash donations through Venmo or Zelle. I have a storage unit where all other donations will go until it’s time to deliver (I can come and pick up or you can drop off). Contact me if interested in helping and a big thank you in advance.
