Hey guys🤗 so today we would be talking about how you can be more productive.😘
The Importance of self-confidence and self talk in order to achieve peak performance cannot be over stated. Self-confidence primarily comes from within. A good way to boost your confidence is by speaking to yourself about it, this is self talk.
An important key for optimal performance is whatever you are doing is the self-confidence that you can succeed and that you are worthy of succeeding. You need to limit the negative self-talk and foster the positive self-talk. Thoughts can quickly change the way we perceive a situation or evaluate ourselves.
For example, when learning a new skill if we tell ourselves we are open and ready for a new challenge our mind will continue to approach learning that new skill in a positive way even when faced with some difficulties. The same theory can be used in all areas of our lives, our relationships with family and friends, at work, etc. In fact, the more you practice positive self-talk the better you get at using it and you see more results.
Examples of general positive thoughts to have in the morning and speak to yourself are:
Amazing things would happen to me today.
I dedicate today to love and kindness.
I am going to give this day my very best, so that I may rest my head with deep satisfaction tonight.
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
