THE TIMELESS SECRET OF LIFELONG HAPPINESS 🌿

Cultivate the sacredness of each day.

Be grateful for what is here.
Find meaning in the ordinary.
And serve others in some way.

A kind word.
A helping hand.
A listening heart.

Perhaps lasting happiness is found not in what we accumulate, but in how we live, love, and serve. 🤍

Make each day sacred.
Make each day meaningful. Global AI shoe business @ Maryclever Ogazie Omah Titan Scholar Uche @

WHEN THE WORLD GOES SILENT… 🌙

Sometimes, the hardest question isn't:

“How do I fix my life?”

It is simply:

“Is there anyone I can talk to?”

You can have hundreds of contacts in your phone and still have no one you feel safe enough to call.

You can laugh during the day, answer messages, show up for everyone, and still lie in bed at night with thoughts you don't know where to put.

Sometimes, you don't need advice.

You need someone who will listen.

Someone who won't judge your tears.
Someone who won't rush your story.
Someone who won't turn your vulnerability into gossip.

Just someone who says:

“I'm here. Talk to me.” 🤍

Because sometimes, a conversation can become a bridge between “I can't do this anymore” and “Let me try one more time.”

So, as the world gets louder with notifications, opinions and noise...

let's not forget the people quietly asking for connection.

Maybe someone around you isn't looking for money.
Maybe they aren't looking for solutions.
Maybe they just need a listening ear, a connection, or a shoulder to lean on.

And sometimes, being there is enough. 🕯️

✨ HELLO, I’M ABUNDANCE 🤗

Some of you know me as Mychoyce.

But today, I want you to meet the woman behind the name.

My name is Abundance. 🌱

Not because I have everything figured out.
Not because life has always given me more than enough.

But because I have chosen to believe that my life is bigger than what I have lost, bigger than what I have faced, and bigger than what I can see right now.

Abundance, to me, is not just money.

It is peace when life is noisy.
Faith when the road is uncertain.
Love when the heart has been hurt.
Wisdom gained through experience.
Health, purpose, family, gratitude, and the grace to keep going. 🙏🏽

So, behind Mychoyce, there is Abundance.

A woman learning, growing, healing, creating, believing, and becoming.

And if you're here, I hope this space becomes a little reminder that your story is still unfolding too. ❤️

Welcome to my world.

I am Abundance.
And this is Mychoyce. ✨

🇳🇬 THE QUESTION WE MUST ASK…

Watching a former President of Nigeria sit down with younger voices( Isbae_u ),I found myself thinking about something deeper than politics.
My curiosity?.

What happens when a generation keeps being told that it is the future, while the decisions shaping that future are being made without enough of its voice?

For decades, Nigerian youths have heard:

“You are the leaders of tomorrow.”

But tomorrow keeps moving.

And somehow, the youth remain waiting.

Waiting for opportunities.
Waiting for representation.
Waiting for better leadership.
Waiting for someone to finally say:

“Now, it is your turn.”

But perhaps we need to change the conversation.

The Nigerian youth should not have to wait for permission to become interested in the country they will inherit.

They have a right to participate.

A right to speak.

A right to question.

A right to organise peacefully.

A right to vote.

A right to demand accountability.

And, most importantly, a right to aspire to leadership.

The presence of a former president in a conversation like this should not only make us look at the person sitting in front of the camera.

It should make us look at the generation sitting behind the camera.

Because leadership is not supposed to be a permanent inheritance passed from one generation to another without conversation.

Every generation eventually has to ask:

What are we leaving behind?

And the younger generation must also ask:

What are we willing to do about the Nigeria we complain about?

Because democracy is not simply about choosing someone every four years.

It is also about citizenship.

It is about knowing your rights.

It is about understanding your responsibilities.

It is about asking difficult questions without hatred.

It is about disagreeing without destroying one another.

It is about refusing to surrender your voice.

As Nigeria moves toward another electoral cycle, this conversation becomes even more important.

Dear Nigerian youth, don't allow anyone to reduce you to a crowd at a political rally, a number on a voter register, or a social-media hashtag.

You are more than that.

You are a citizen.

You are part of the present.

And the Nigeria being discussed today is the Nigeria you will live with tomorrow.

So listen.

Learn.

Question.

Participate.

Vote.

Lead.

And when your generation finally takes the microphone...

have something meaningful to say. 🇳🇬

OMA'S RECIPES | Wellness Club

Meet my work sister — a young pharmacist 💊
Sunday shifts are long. 12 hours on your feet.
By 3pm, energy dips and snacks get boring.

So one Sunday she brought this.
Diced melon. Roasted cashews. Peanuts.
Poured over thick yogurt.

"Chop, mix, pour. It hydrates you, fills you,
and keeps you going till close."

No sugar crash. No heavy food.
Just real wellness in a bowl.

Now it’s our Sunday shift ritual.
This is Oma's Recipe ✨

Stop letting other people’s opinions become the soundtrack of your life.

People will talk when you succeed, when you fail, when you change, and sometimes even when you do absolutely nothing. You cannot control every mouth, but you can control what gets access to your mind.

Key points

1. Not every opinion deserves your attention.
Learn to distinguish constructive criticism from unnecessary noise.

2. People speak from their own perspective.
Someone’s opinion of you is not automatically the truth about you.

3. Stop explaining yourself to everyone.
The more secure you become, the less you feel compelled to prove yourself.

4. Focus on your purpose.
When you know where you're going, every voice doesn't need to become a road sign.

5. Let your results speak.
Sometimes the strongest response is simply continuing to grow.

6. Protect your peace.
You don't have to attend every argument you're invited to.

> “People will always have something to say. Your job is not to silence every voice. Your job is to decide which voices deserve a seat at your table.” 🌱
