ALAGO DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (ADA) YOUTH WING.

PRESS RELEASE

1. The attention of the National leadership of Alago Development Association (ADA) Youth Wing under the able leadership of Amb. Liberty Egye Amokpa has been drawn to an online publication claiming that the former President of the association Iliya Auna Ashokpa has been invited to represent Alago youths at the stakeholders round table dialogue earlier today called at the instance of His Excellency Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule in his desire to fashion out ways of finding lasting solution to the crisis arising from the Protest.

2. We wish to bring to the notice of the general public that no such invitation was extended to the former President as all relevant government agencies in the state are aware of the change in the leadership of ADA Youth Wing following an election that ushered in the new executive members and therefore cannot stoop so low to be involve in such illegality.

3. Putting the record straight, the general public should note that the only person who was invited for the event to represent the entire youths of Alago nation was none other person than Amb. Liberty Allanana Amokpa and was equally on ground.

4. It is unfortunate that the former President in his desperation and after been embarrassed by the security agents at the venue, came outside to snap pictures and post them on social media in order to decieve his gullible supporters that he represented the Alago youths at the event.

5. We wish to call on the entire youths of Alago nation to remain steadfast in supporting the new leadership of ADA Youth Wing under Amb. Liberty Allanana as the new executive members are doing everything humanly possible to bring back our lost glories.

6. We wish to reitterate that, no amount of propaganda will deter the Liberty led ADA from its mandate of preserving the culture and sanctity of the Alago people as we are poise at given the Alago youths the best leadership.

7. May we at this juncture, call on all sons and daughters of Alago nation to support government at all levels and assist in building a better society for all of us.

I Umar Musa Amoyi want to disclaimed the purported interview granted to Barr. Iliya Ashokpa the Ag. President of Alago Development Association Youth Wing on Alago forum discussion anchored by Mr. Jonah Agye which was aired by Nasarawa Broadcasting Service NBS on Monday 7:00pm where Barr. Iliya claimed that he gave me JAMB registration fee.

2. I want to state that: some time around 2014, Sen. Suleiman Adokwe distributed JAMB registration fee to the intending jamb candidates.

3. That I Umar Musa Amoyi ; Umar Musa Ismael and; Hamza Dahiru were the beneficiaries from Baki Rijiya due to our ardent support to PDP and Sen. Adokwe.

4. That Barr. Iliya Ashokpa was just a messenger to deliver the message which he did and as such can not claim to be the one who gave us the gestures. Thanks to Sen. Adokwe.

5. Leaders should be seen as those who speak as it is not going to the public and utter what is not true.

6. That the public should disregard the claim that I was given a JAMB registration by Barr. Iliya Ashokpa.

7. That I remain committed to the change narratives and emancipation of new Alago youth and the Alago Nation.

Earlier today, the leading Presidential aspirant of Alago Development Association (ADA) Youths Wing Comr. Liberty Egye Amokpa met with the Project Manager, Mother and Child Care Enhancement Foundation McCEF Amb. Adamu Alhassan Doma in his office today where issues bothering on Alago Unity, Youths and Women empowerment topped their discussion.

Comr. Liberty assured him of his readiness to partnering the organization if he becomes the Youths Wing President of ADA. He therefore seeks for his supports and blessings in order to succeed.

LIBERTY AMOKPA CELEBRATES THE TRIO OF DALHATU, OSHELA AND FATIMA ON THEIR INDUCTION INTO THE MEDICAL FIELD

The leading Presidential Aspirant of Alago Development Association (ADA) Youth Wing Comr. Liberty Amokpa Egye has congratulated the duo of Dr. Dalhatu Saidu Adamu Ogbole and Dr. Oshela Juwairiya Musa Elayo on their induction as Medical Doctors. The Presidential aspirant also Congratulated Pharm. Fatima Dauda Egwa on her induction into the pharmaceutical society of Nigeria.

Comr. Liberty said the induction of the trio is a pride to the entire Alago nation and called on them to leave above boards and be good ambassadors of Alago nation while practising their profession.

The Alago Presidential hopeful said, though the induction of the two Medical Doctors and a Pharmacist is a thing of joy for the Alago nation, insisted that the number is not encouraging.

It would be recalled, that recently, Comr. Liberty Amokpa had registered JAMB for about 40 candidates who are aspiring to take on science and engineering related curses at the university. The gesture according to him is to enhance a better generation and development where in the next 5-6 years Alago nation should be able to have at least 10-15 Medical Doctors and same number of Engineers.

He prayed God to guide them aright and be beneficial to Alago nation and humanity as a whole.

LOGICAL STATEMENT MADE BY THE GOVERNOR OF BORNO STATE PROF. ZULUM

“A strategic leader must be a strategic listener and reader. A strategic thinker must also be a strategic learner. A strategic leader must be willing to hear the truth and to learn. However, telling the truth and accepting the truth has been our major problems in Nigeria. Some people will never tell you the truth when you are in power and honestly, many of us in power also do not want to hear the truth, we prefer to be told what we like to hear and that is a serious deficit in strategic leadership”.

May we state here categorically that, the leadership of Alago Development Association (ADA) Youth Wing under Comr. Liberty Amokpa Egye will be open to all shades of opinions and criticism as we believe are the antidotes for effective and efficient leadership.
