Federal Government on Sunday don open the N40 billion Closed-Circuit Television Camera (CCTV) Centre for Third Mainland Bridge for Lagos State.

News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) report say na China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) build the CCTV centre.

As e dey inaugurate the centre, Minister of Works, Sen. Dave Umahi, talk say when this current government enter office, dem meet Third Mainland Bridge for very bad condition.

โ€œWhen we enter office for 2023, we meet Third Mainland Bridge, Carter Bridge and Iddo Bridge for very bad state from road surface, structure on top water and even the one under water.

โ€œSo the President come direct say make dem do total re-evaluation and rehabilitation of Third Mainland Bridge surface and change the expansion joints.
