Children are beautiful. They bring joy, purpose, and a different kind of love into a home. But marriage should never revolve around children alone.
Marriage is about two people choosing each other building friendship, trust, and partnership. Children grow up and leave, but the couple remains. If the relationship was only about parenting, it may feel empty when that season ends.
Children should be an addition to a strong marriage, not the reason it exists.
