As a Landlord, if you have a very good T£nant that has been staying in y0ur h0use for like 4 to 7 years with0ut 0wing you any m0ney.

But life happens to him and he l0st his j0b or busin£ss went bad and can't afford to p@y his h0use rent for 0ne year plus and unable to p@y for £lectricity, Water and other b!lls.

Pls, as a Landlord.... What will you do to such a T£nant?

Remember, he is now 0wing you h0use R£nt for 0ne year plus with other b!lls.

Are you going to £vict such a T£nant or you will be patient until he gets another j0b as a way to show supp0rt and assist him?
