INNER HARMONY

When mind and body
Disagree in quiet tension,
The soul stands patiently
Waiting for reconciliation within.
Alignment requires gentle honesty.

Thoughts must soften first,
Releasing rigid expectations held
Too tightly against unfolding
Realities beyond personal control.
Acceptance steadies breathing.

The body follows peace
When granted compassionate listening,
Not harsh internal criticism
Masquerading as discipline alone.
Kindness restores equilibrium.

Balance is not perfection,
But steady conscious returning
To centered intentional awareness
After emotional wandering seasons.
Harmony practices persistence.

Within this sacred agreement,
Mind guides with clarity,
Body responds with trust,
Soul hums quiet assurance.
Wholeness becomes daily rhythm.

TRANSCENDENT MOMENTS

There are seconds when
Time loosens its grip,
And eternity leaks softly
Into fragile human awareness.
Silence expands like dawn.

Breath slows into wonder,
As boundaries dissolve gently
Between flesh and infinite
Light beyond comprehension.
Stillness becomes revelation.

In those suspended spaces,
The mind surrenders control,
The body releases resistance,
The soul stretches upward
Beyond constructed limitations.

Tears fall without shame,
Carrying old burdens downward,
While unseen grace settles
Upon trembling open hearts.
Heaven brushes mortal dust.

Such moments remind us
We are more than
Temporary stories and
Briefly borrowed breathing bodies.
We are becoming light.

MIND'S EYE VIEW

The mind paints futures
On blank internal canvases,
Where fear sketches shadows
Across unfinished possibilities.
Yet vision refuses confinement.

Through thought shaped corridors,
Imagination walks barefoot searching
For doors doubt concealed,
For windows sealed by
Inherited limiting beliefs.

Memory revisits fragile scenes,
Reframing them with gentler
Light than before, because
Growth adjusts distorted perspectives
Into wiser interpretations.

Focus becomes a compass
Pointing toward chosen realities,
While distraction scatters seeds
Of unfinished mental architecture
Across restless internal fields.

Guard what enters daily,
Filter narratives with discernment,
Challenge assumptions that quietly
Erode courageous self perception.
The mind births direction.

The body remembers what
The mind tries to forget,
Through silent aches and
Unspoken tremors beneath skin.
It speaks in careful signals.

Every scar is a
Sentence written without ink,
Every breath carries a
Message wrapped in rhythm.
Bones archive ancient weather.

When fatigue settles like
Dust upon restless shoulders,
It whispers slow down,
Before collapse becomes language.
Pain is not betrayal.

Hunger arrives as a
Gentle knock at dusk,
Asking for mindful tending,
Not reckless consumption of
Temporary comforting illusions.

Listen before it shouts,
Honor before it fractures,
Respond before it rebels
Against neglected sacred boundaries.

My mind speaks in quiet questions,
Where thoughts debate hidden motives,
And conscience weighs silent choices,
Across corridors of inner reasoning,
Seeking clarity through reflection.

My body answers with sensations,
As tension interrupts honest speech,
And heartbeat exposes concealed fear,
Beneath practiced external composure,
Revealing truth without language.

My soul listens beneath noise,
Holding wisdom older than doubt,
Where intuition gently interrupts,
False narratives shaped by ego,
Guiding conversation toward authenticity.

My awareness mediates inner voices,
Allowing conflict to unfold safely,
Where vulnerability replaces defense,
And honesty softens rigid pride,
Creating space for understanding.

My entire being finds harmony,
Where mind accepts soulful guidance,
And body trusts inner alignment,
While dialogue becomes sacred union,
Becoming whole through truthful communion.

My mind reaches beyond horizons,
Where questions outlive fleeting answers,
And desire stretches past possessions,
Into spaces time cannot measure,
Seeking what cannot fade.

My body feels restless yearning,
As nights carry quiet hunger,
Through veins of human fragility,
Where touch cannot satisfy,
The depth of silent craving.

My soul remembers distant home,
Where love exists without ending,
And presence knows no departure,
Calling softly through mortal limits,
Toward everlasting communion.

My awareness listens to yearning,
Allowing ache to teach meaning,
Where absence reveals deeper truth,
And longing becomes sacred compass,
Pointing beyond temporary pleasures.

My entire being leans forward,
Where mind releases shallow pursuits,
And body follows higher calling,
While soul moves toward eternity,

Becoming canvas of living renewal.

My mind witnesses shifting forms,
Learning patience through slow progress,
As doubt sheds outdated beliefs,
Into corners of past limitation,
Making space for growth.

My soul breathes through transition,
Holding faith during tender becoming,
Where discomfort births deeper awareness,
And struggle shapes quiet resilience,
Within chambers of sacred evolution.

My awareness honors fragile transformation,
Seeing beauty inside awkward stages,
Where effort meets persistent intention,
And failure teaches honest endurance,

And restless questions kneel softly,
Beside pools of gentle clarity,
Seeking refuge from inner storms.

My body loosens guarded tension,
As breath drinks quiet stillness,
And shoulders release heavy burdens,
Into shade of calm awareness,
Resting beneath patient presence.

My soul settles near truth,
Where noise cannot follow fear,
And light filters through doubt,
Touching depths of forgotten hope,
Awakening sacred inner rest.

My awareness walks sandy pathways,
Tracing patterns of mindful renewal,
Where reflection becomes soft shelter,
And wisdom rises like water,

My mind wanders through silent questions,
Where answers hide beneath distractions,
And thoughts seek deeper inner clarity,
Beyond noise of daily existence,
Toward truth waiting patiently within.

My body travels unfamiliar inner spaces,
Where feelings guide conscious exploration,
And breath becomes compass for awareness,
Through moments of silent reflection,
Seeking alignment with inner truth.

My soul calls from deeper presence,
Where purpose lives beyond confusion,
And awareness waits beneath distractions,
Calling gently through inner silence,
Toward authentic spiritual recognition.

My awareness listens beyond mental noise,
Allowing truth to slowly emerge,
Where clarity replaces inner uncertainty,
And presence strengthens conscious identity,

My entire being finds inner direction,
