Today, we rise in honor and deep gratitude to celebrate a monumental milestone, the 70th birthday of the Founder and Patron of Àkòdì Òrìṣà.

Seventy years is a crown of wisdom, experience, sacrifice, and divine purpose. Your life stands as a testament to vision guided by faith, courage strengthened by conviction, and leadership rooted in tradition. As the founder and patron of Àkòdì Òrìṣà, you have not only built an institution — you have nurtured a spiritual home, preserved sacred heritage, and strengthened the cultural and spiritual identity of countless people.

Your journey has been one of devotion and dedication. You answered a call that required boldness. You carried responsibilities that demanded endurance. Through challenges, misunderstandings, and obstacles, you stood firm unwavering in your commitment to the Òrìṣà, to truth, and to the preservation of ancestral wisdom. That bravery continues to inspire generations.

Life does not follow a single path or play by the same rules for everyone. Some are born into comfort, others into struggle. Some find love easily; others search for it for years. Some achieve success early, while others bloom much later. These differences aren’t signs of worth or failure—they are part of life’s vast, unpredictable design.

Life’s journey is deeply personal. It tests some with hardship, others with abundance. It teaches one person through loss and another through love. But no matter the form it takes, every experience shapes us—growing resilience, compassion, humility, or wisdom in different ways.
