Trouble looms for the three friends the following week.
That monday evening, Okiki had gone to meet Sola at her department after lectures and they decided to go and meet Naomi. They were almost at Naomi's department when they saw that crowd gathered at a place. They walked towards the crowd and found out that their friend was being harassed by some fu***ng bastard. The guys were four in number and they look like they own the world.
Sola: What? Naomi! What is happening here? Where did you know them?
Naomi: They bumped into me first and lied that i was the one that bumped into them.
Okiki: Then they started harassing you?
Naomi: Yes.
Guy 1: Wow! Who are these idiots too? Are they also newbies?
At that time, Okiki was holding a table water and she opened it and poured it on their body.
Sola: That's for harassing our friend, you crazy bastards.
Guy 2: [shocked] Do you know who you are talking to?
Okiki: Why should we know cowards like you?
The girls helped naomi and they walked away. On their way, another lady double crossed them.
Lady: Mehn! You girls have got some nerves by dealing with the billionare boys. Don't you have any fear?
Naomi: Do you know them?
Lady: Only a new born baby does not know them in this campus. They are the hottest guys in the campus.
Okiki: To hell with them. Why are they now arrogant?

The next day, the three friends departed and when Sola got to her department, she saw alot of girls in her lecture theatre. The girls were exclamating and when she checked, it was one of the crazy bastard.

Fiwasola was extremely excited with her jamb score and no doubt, she would be given her course. Even her friends were happy and now they were preparing for jamb. They applied for the state federal university. Fiwasola's mother was the one nursing the baby and during sola's leisure hour. They passed the examination and with God's grace, their name came out in the merit list. They were admitted to the school. Fiwasola's daughter Ewatomi is now four months old and her mum was preparing to go to school.
Fiwasola and her two friends rented a room self contain. They furnished the house and bought foodstuff.

Lecture starts on that beautiful monday morning and the girls had wake up early because their first day at university would be thrilling. They got to school and move around. Everyone went their seperate ways because they were not offering the same course.
It was extremely stressful for Fiwasola but she felt like, as times goes on, she will get use to it. The following week, trouble started for them.

She was always sad throughout her pregnant days. Everyone has tried their best to make her happy but she was not responding. When things get too emotional, Okiki and Naomi will start crying with her and the three friends will cry and hug each other.
Okiki: Fiwasola! Come to think of it, you will put to bed in less than four months time and jamb registration starts in six months time.
Sola: So what are you trying to insinuate?
Okiki: I am trying to say, since you are on scholarship, you should take the jamb form and go to university.
Naomi: That's nice. Then you will be able to achieve your dream of taking care of the sick.
Sola: [smile].
Naomi: Wow! Sola smiled. Do you know when last Okiki and I have seen you smile?
Sola: Because you both enlightened my mood but it would have been nice if we went to the same university.
Okiki: Of course we would go.

The friends laughed and their mum entered. Sola quickly explain to them what she was planning.
Her Mum: Which means i am going to take care of the child.

Three and a half month later, Fiwasola gave birth to a very beautiful girl. Even though she was never happy with the pregnancy, she was happy with the fact that she was carrying a beautiful girl. Even all the nurses in her ward were suprised with how beautiful the little girl is. She was named Ewatomi and her grandmother became her mother while Fiwasola has started reading and preparing for jamb. She wanted to study medicine and Surgery. Fiwasola and her two friends took the jamb. After spending one extra year at home, the poor girl still got some shot. She scored 340 in Jamb and her friends scored 280 and 284 respectively.

On the morning her mum discovered, she was washing cloth and Sola ran out of the house vomitting. She got scared instantly and rush towards her daughter.
Sola: Mum! What's happening to me?
Her Mum: When last did you have your monthly visitors?
Sola: Mum! Last month. Why did you ask?
Her Mum: Sola! You are pregnant.
Sola: Pre...pre what? Mum! This is a joke. Why should i?
Her Mum: You did not remember anything, that's why.
Sola: [crying] Mum! Why Me? Why me? Who did i offend that refuse to forgive me? What have i done to deserve all this?
Her Mum: [hugged her] You did nothing my dear. Please don't cry again. [crying] it's okay my dear.
Sola: [crying] Mum! You are also crying. Why will this be happening to us? God why? I don't want my mum to see me as a pr******te.
Her Mum: [hugged her tight] Never my dear. I have always lived for you and nothing will ever change that fact. You are still my little girl. Cry no more.
Later that day, Jaiyeola called her two best friends that happened to be Okiki and Naomi's mother. They came with her daughter friends and her mum explained everything to her friends.
Okiki's Mum: Don't abort the baby. What has happen has happened already. Although, we never planned it, we never wanted it but it came as a shock. It was never her wish to get r***d.
Naomi's mother: [sigh and turned to Okiki and Naomi] You two should spend time with your friends and don't make her sad.
Sola: [crying] Would i have a child that does not have a father?
Naomi: [hugged her] Don't worry, we are all going to mother and father the child.
Now, Fiwasola could not leave the house because of the pregnancy. She was trying to avoid shame and her friends were always there for her.9

Jaiyeola started crying in the doctor's office after hearing that her daughter was r***d.
Doctor: Madam! And i must tell you, that girl is traumatized right now.

The Doctor took her to the ward and they met Sola sitting down looking like a zombie.

Sola: Mum! Why won't i recognize you? Why am i here? Why is everybody not talking to me? How did i get here?
Her Mum: You were r***d and i found you on the street early morning.

Fiwasola was discharged but could not leave the house. Two weeks later, it became more tragic for Fiwasola. Her mum discovered that she was pregnant.

Semilore parked in front of a bush and Sola was suprised.
Since she was close to her house already, she decided to come down.
Sola: Thank you very much. My house is just few minutes walk from here.
She was going and Semilore rushed out and grabbed her from behind pushing her to the bush.
"Help! Heeelp!" She shouted and Semilore pushed her down. She was already crying and trying to struggle away from him but He was powerful. While Semilore was busy ra**ng, she fainted in the process but the bastard did not stop. After the r**e, he had the gut to put her inside the car and while driving, He dropped her on the street. Her mother was now getting worried and she started looking for her and shouting her name. She never had it in mind that Sola would go and pass the other side of the street.
Time checked 7am the next morning, Her mum had cried like a baby throughout the night while looking for her. It was some of the street who knew her mum was looking for her. They saw her at the other side of the street in the pool of blood. Some people went to call her mother and when she saw alot of people surround her daughter, she was suprised.
"Sola! Fiwasola! Sola! Open your eyes, look at your mother, look at me" Her mother shouted like a mad woman. Some people helped in taking her to the hospital. The doctor attended to her and came out few minutes later.
"Madam! Your daughter was r***d" The doctor announced and her mother was shocked.

There was a loud roar in the school that a science student came out with A parallel.
Principal: I knew you could make everyone proud. That's very lovely of you.

Principal: Go and rejoice with your family, i will let you know when you will defend your result.

Fiwasola ran out of the office and headed straight to her mum's shop. She was few miles away to the shop when she started shouting her mum's name. She got to the shop and her mother was queried her.
Her Mum: Sola! You have been shouting "Mum" before you got here. I refuse to answer you. Now when i call you a baby, you always get angry and you are acting like one.
Sola: [hug her tight] Mum! Guess what?
Her Mum: You know i am not a fan of guessing.
Sola: I got A parallel in my Waec.
Her Mum: [suprised and pepper fell from her hand] Wha...what? You got A pa...pa...parallel??
Sola: I could not believe it mum.
Her Mum: A Science student? Or did you switch department without telling me?

Her mother hugged her like never before. Passer-by were watching the mother and daughter drama but nobody knew the reason for the happiness.

Fiwasola's friends rejoiced with her and she was taken to the WAEC office to defend her result later on and she was awarded a scholarship.

This tragic moment happened on the day Fiwasola came back from the WAEC office. She and her mother closed from shop by 9pm. They got home and discovered that they forgot the house key at the shop which means one of them must go back to the shop to go and bring the key.
Her Mum: Let me go and get the key. I would be back.
Sola: Common Mum! I can run to the shop and come back in space of few minutes, but you will have to work which means, i will have to stay outside while this mosquito suck the hell out of my blood.
Her Mum: You know how dangerous this community is at night, don't you? I should now leave you to go alone? Never.

Sola got home late from school on that day and she apologized to her mum for returning late.
Sola: Iya Sola! Our Waec registration starts next month and the principal ask us to bring 7k for maintenance fee.

Sola was busy with the upcoming interhouse sport and it was a total success. She was given an award as the most vibrant student of the year.
Waec Registration started and she showed the form to her mother.

Sola: A father i don't even know if He exist or that does not know if He has a daughter somewhere. What kind of a useless father is that?

She used the name and six months later, she wrote a successful examination waiting for an excellent result. It was after this examination things changed for her. Her Waec result came out but she could not check early. Her friends broke the news about their result. Okiki got 2As,4Bs and 3Cs while Naomi got 2As, 3Bs and 4Cs.
Sola became nervous to check her result. She went to school and all the teachers wanted to see her result. She collected her card and the principal helped her check on the laptop and behold, it was A Parallel. She jumped with happiness and everybody hugged her. It was unexpected and unbelievable that a science student could come out with a flying colours.

Now let talk a little about Jaiyeola, the mother of Fiwasola. She is a young woman in her late 30s and she gave birth to Sola at the age of 20. After giving birth to Fiwasola, she decided to give her the best and from then on, Fiwasola became her little jewel. She has used all her life to worship her beautiful daughter even though she sells pepper. Everyone had that same love for Fiwasola in their area.
Sola: [shouted] Iya Sola! Am back.
Her Mum: [shouted from the back of her shop] Over here.
Sola: [knelt down and greet her mum] Good afternoon mum.
Her Mum: My baby! How was school today?
Sola: It was fine. Mum! I became the new head girl today.
Her Mum: Wow! That's lovely.
Sola: Which means starting from tomorrow, i will start going to school by 6:45am.

Back to Fiwasola, like i said earlier, she's got the beauty and God so good to her, she got the beauty with brain. She is 18year old and she attends the community government school. She is an ss3 student who has the ambition to study medicine and Surgery. She has always had that dream to save life while she was six. Out of 154 student in her class, she comes out with a flying colours. Here is her schedule from Monday to Friday. She returns from school to her mum's shop by 3pm. She would hawk pepper from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. After hawking, her mum let her go home and she would read her book from 6pm to 8:30pm and one thing about her is that , she hates reading her note, instead she prefer her textbook. She does not hawk during weekend. She stays at home and read all day.
