Somebody asked me this under my last post and I said, okay, let’s talk about it because I know plenty people have seen that red minus sign and immediately started panicking. 😂😭

You open your dashboard…

You see RED…

And your first thought is:

Ah! What have I done again?” 😂

But hold on.

Seeing a red minus doesn’t automatically mean Facebook has restricted you or removed your monetization.

The first thing you need to do is look at what the red minus is actually attached to.

Is it your earnings?
Your earning rate?
Your views?
Your reach?

Because the meaning depends on what number has gone down and what Facebook is comparing it with.

And please don’t look at one red number and conclude that your whole account is finished. 😂

Check the bigger picture.

Look at your other numbers, compare your current performance with the previous period, and then figure out what actually changed.

Wait! Before you go and create another page for your second business, read this first. 👀😂

Someone asked me this in my comment section:

If someone has multiple businesses, can they use one page for all of them?

And honestly, this is a very good question because I know some people are managing two, three, even four businesses at the same time. 😂

Now, the answer is:

YES, you can use one Page.

BUT… 👀

I wouldn’t automatically advise you to put every single business you own on one Page.

Why?

Because your customers need to understand what they are following you for.

Imagine I follow your Page because you sell beautiful cakes.

Tomorrow I see clothes.

Next day, real estate.

The following day, phone accessories. 😂😭

I’ll start wondering:

“Madam, what exactly are we doing here?” 😂

That’s where the problem can start.

If your businesses are related and the same people are likely to be interested in them, one Page can actually work beautifully.

But if the businesses have completely different customers, I’d seriously consider separating them.

Because sometimes, the problem isn’t that you have too many businesses.

It’s that you’re trying to make one audience interested in everything you do.

And that doesn’t always work.
