This week, we are dealing with a powerful and life-transforming book titled Commanding Your Morning by Dr. Cindy Trimm. Although this book is just eight chapters, it is deep, practical, and spiritually impactful.

I remember when I personally studied this book about two weeks ago—it ministered to me greatly, especially in the area of morning prayer and daily declarations. One profound truth from the book is this: your morning should begin with prayer, because what you release into your atmosphere through prayer and words will ultimately shape your destiny.

This truth is clearly illustrated in Chapter Four, where the author shares a striking story about a popular comedian who constantly joked on stage, saying he would one day die while performing. Sadly, years later, that exact thing happened—he collapsed and died on stage while the audience initially thought he was joking. This powerful illustration reminds us that words are not empty—what we consistently speak can create realities.
