"Rocking A*o Ofi Beyond the Sea*on!!!

As a proud son of the soil, I'm loving every moment of rocking my white A*o Ofi Danshiki. It's not just a fashion statement; it's about promoting our local products and supporting our economy.

Truth be told, we can't complain about economic hardship if we're not willing to support our own.

Governor Seyi Makinde's directive to boost local economy and preserve Yoruba cultural heritage is a step in the right direction.

Even in a wheelchair, A*o Ofi (a*o oke) fits me perfectly. Rock or slay elegantly with A*o Ofi.

If you're looking for quality A*o Ofi fabrics, hit up Iseyin or connect with the A*o Ofi Artisans of Iseyin, Oyo State, Nigeria. Let's keep our culture alive and thriving!

Eid Mubarak!
Taqabbalallahu minna wa minkum."

My experience at Erin Ijeja Waterfall (Olumirin Waterfalls) in Erin-Ijesa, Osun State, Nigeria, was truly memorable and fun-filled as a lover of nature. Despite the inaccessibility issues I encountered, I was struck by the stunning natural wonder and appreciated the lush greenery and serenity.

I am grateful to Mummy, my dear Boss, Mrs. Grace Alexander , The CEO, Star Children Development Initiative, for making this experience possible. Other wonderful team members who accompanied her were Mrs. Elizabeth (SCDI ambassador) from the UK, and Baba Star.

As a Yoruba man, I felt compelled to show appreciation to the drummer for the hype.

In the future, I intend to discuss the challenges and opportunities for inclusive and accessible tourism, promoting social economic development in local communities, Osun State, and Nigeria, and my interaction with a young man with a disability (cobbler) who cannot reach the waterfall for the past 8 years but has a dream to touch the waterfall one day. For now, sing along:

With frequent air travel as a wheelchair user, I've experienced numerous instances of dissatisfaction and ill-treatment due to non-compliance, policy inconsistencies, and inadequate disability awareness within Nigerian airline management, violating the Discrimination Against Persons With Disabilities (Prohibition) Act 2018. As an accessibility professional and entrepreneur, I observed these issues to develop sustainable solutions in line with global best practice. Join us as I will be discussing air transportation services, accessibility issues, and solutions for persons with disabilities alongside other speakers. The webinar is organised by Centre for Disability and Inclusion Africa.

FROM WHEELCHAIR TO WILLPOWER:
Picturing a life spent in a wheelchair,
I find motivation in every instant,
refusing to let my condition define my
aspirations. I propel myself forward with
purpose, guided by the mantra 'slow
and steady wins the race,' and believe
that my most substantial victories are
still to come. I am resolute in becoming
everything I am meant to be and
achieving success.

They do not have disabilities, they have gifts! Others may see it as disabilities but I see it as challenges which they can overcome by creating platform and necessary support for them. They may be orphans and vulnerable but God has endowned them with talents to excel in life. These challenges are gifts and hidden treasures which we can help them discovered. We cannot let them suffer when we can inspire them to become great.

They are STARS!!!

Watch out for the grand finale. I will be there alongside other judges God's willing.

Kudos to the convener Mrs Kennie Aiyeola

Today, I was at an audition as a judge alongside Ambassor Muyiwa of Maltina dance hall, Alariwo of Africa, Actress Rose Odika and Mr Yinka Akanbi. The competition is tagged "SOME MOTHERS DO HAVE THEM"
(SMDHT). SMDHT is a Talent Hunt Show FOR ORPHANS, VULNERABLE CHILDREN AND CHILDREN WITH DISABILITY in Oyo State. The show is an initiative of Winnies Castle orphanage, founded by Mrs. Kehinde Aiyeola, a renowned philanthropist and staunch child rights advocate.

I was highly impressed by the talents displayed by these upcoming artists and level of commitment demostracted by the initiator of this talent hunt show. We cannot say, we are serious about fighting inequality and poverty without paying adequate attention to these unique group of people.

All thanks to God Amighty for the successful audition and Special thanks to Mrs Kennie Aiyeola for inviting me. Together we are making impact and creating a better future for everyone.
