‎ THE BATTLE LINE IS DRAWN.
‎Jeremiah 51:20
‎ To live in this world without battle-consciousness is to end as a casualty. In our journey of life, it is crucial to acknowledge the undeniable fact that life is a battleground. To live in ignorance of this fact is to end as a casualty. No wonder, our anchor scripture says, Thou are my battle axe and weapons of war. The mere mention of the words, “battle axe” introduces or links the mind to war. No one talks about the battle axe if there is no battle. And no one talks about weapons of war if there is no war. The truth is, we are in battle every day. The battle line is drawn. And the battle is between the forces of Light and the forces of darkness; it is between the forces of good and the forces of evil; it is between Jehovah, the Mighty Man of War and satan, the god of this world.
‎ The worst thing that can happen to anyone is to be in battle and not be aware. Such a person can end as a cheap casualty of battle. To live in this world without battle-consciousness is to die like chicken. To live in this world without battle-consciousness is to end as a casualty. To live in this world as a believer or a pastor without battle-consciousness, is to end as a pitiable mess in life and the Ministry. Think about what happened to an anointed man like Samson. In his days, the Philistines were conscious of battle, but Samson was not. The Philistines made several invocations to arrest his destiny, but Samson kept living carelessly with confidence that he was anointed. But when the Philistines finally got him, they took out his eyes and made him grinder in their mill. The Scripture says that they celebrated, jubilated and sacrificed offerings to their gods for delivering their enemy into their hands. Of course, prior to this time, they had been consulting the gods to deliver Samson to them (Judges 16:23-24).
‎ Unfortunately, many Christians have not learnt any lesson from what happened to Samson. There is war! witches and wizards are aware; demonic principalities and powers are aware; occultists are aware. Ritual killers are aware. But the challenge is that many believers are not aware. They continue to live their lives casually and “do business as usual.” Beloved, our anchor scripture confirms that you are God’s battle axe and His weapon of war! Your life is meant to bring frustration to the devil and his kingdom. So, function with this consciousness and refuse to do business as usual. I see you in victory.
‎ NOTE
‎Demons do not respond to titles. They respond to mantles.
‎ ASSIGNMENT
‎1. See yourself as a weapon of war in God’s Hand.
‎2. Guard your heart and steps; refuse to live carelessly and recklessly.
‎3. Ask God for the grace to deal with the forces of darkness.

‎ THE DANGERS OF GUILT
‎Proverbs 28:1.
‎ Nothing silences the voice of faith like the guilt of sin. In the journey of Christianity, one of the things to watch out for is the guilt of sin. The guilt of sin is the worst enemy of every Christian as it is the doorway to the evil activities of satan the devil and his agents. The guilt of sin is a terminal disease to the spirit of a man, and therefore, it must be avoided like a plague.
‎ DANGERS OF THE GUILT OF SIN.
‎1. The guilt of sin frustrates boldness in the spirit.
‎Lies, stealing, cheating, immorality, watching corrupt movies, bitterness, etc., defile the conscience, and whatever defiles your conscience deflates your confidence (Proverbs 28:1).
‎2. Guilt is the magnet of fear (Genesis 3:7-10).
‎Anywhere guilt is found, fear is present. And fear attracts the activity of the devil (Job 3:25).
‎3. Guilt establishes accusation both from the enemy and from within.
‎Nothing silences the voice of faith like the voice of accusation. Nothing silences the voice of faith like the guilt of sin. When it is time to pray, make decrees or bind the devil, the devil, the accuser of the brethren (Revelations 12:10) would arise to accuse anyone with the guilt of sin.
‎
‎4. The guilt of sin establishes weakness in the spirit.
‎Samson was weakened by sin (Judges 16:16-20). And it is not possible to be weak in the spirit and be strong in faith.
‎Beloved, in this end time where the enemy is fighting the faith of God’s people, guard your heart against the guilt of sin.
‎ NOTE
‎Any step taken outside God is a step into disaster.
‎ ASSIGNMENT
‎1. Avoid sin so you can be free from the burden of guilt.
‎2. Depend on God’s grace to live righteously and maintain a clear conscience.
‎3. Draw closer to God always and maintain the atmosphere of His Presence.

‎ ALL FLESH ARE LIKE GRASS
‎Isaiah 40:6-7
‎ If you are not saved, you are not safe. The anchor Scripture makes it clear that all flesh is like grass. This applies especially to a man or woman who is without God. Everyone you see today, no matter how beautiful, handsome, powerful, influential or popular, is like grass, according to the Scripture. There were people who appeared so powerful in their prime time as though they could not bow to the forces of life, but they all bowed. People like Adolf Hi**er of Germany, Idi Amin of Uganda, etc. all succumbed to the eternal force.
‎ The truth is, when a man has no relationship with God, he is as a normal, ordinary and natural flesh. He is vulnerable, perishable, temporary, and therefore, susceptible to environmental conditions, and demonic oppressions. He is likened to grass because grass is feeble and short-lived.
‎ HOW DO YOU ESCAPE THE GENERAL CIRCUMSTANCES OF HUMANITY (FLESH)?
‎1. Be planted in the Garden of God (Psalm 92:12).
‎All grasses may fall into the general class of grass, but they differ in destiny and durability depending on the uniqueness of their location. The ones in the garden are tended and protected, but those in the wild are either left to dry and die in dry weather or cut down and burned up.
‎Beloved, if you are not connected to God, you are not safe; if you are not saved, you are not safe.
‎2. Be exposed to rainfall.
‎If you do not want to dry up, let the rain of the Holy Ghost fall on you constantly. The Spirit of God is like rain to man (Zechariah 10:1).
‎3. Be planted on fertile ground (Psalm 1:1-end).
‎Be exposed to the sunlight of God (Psalm 84:11). That is, be exposed to the Presence of God.
‎ COUNSEL
‎Beloved, surrender your life to God completely and remain connected to Him for the guarantee of your preservation in time and in eternity. You shall not be wasted like grass in Jesus’ Name.
‎ NOTE
‎The farther you move away from God, the more vulnerable your life and destiny will be.
‎ ASSIGNMENT
‎1. Ensure that your relationship with God is always sound.
‎2. Avoid the works of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21).
‎3. Go over the reading again and follow the outlined escape route from destruction.

‎BEING BLESSED BY FRUITFULNESS AND UPRIGHTNESS. Genesis 9:1.
‎ The way of straightforwardness is the way of blessedness. Scripture confirms that God is the God of the Blessing. He is a blessed God. He is the custodian of Blessing. (Ephesians 1:3)
‎ So, God is a blessed God who has blessed us in many ways. A person can only give what he has. God does not lack the Blessing. He has it in abundance, and that is why He gives it to His children abundantly. He blessed Abraham (Genesis 24:1). He blessed Isaac (Genesis 26:12-14). Now, it is noteworthy that the ultimate of the Blessing is dominion (Genesis 1:28). If you start with the Blessing, you end in dominion. So, the Blessing ushers us into dominion. If you are sufficiently blessed, you dominate your world.
‎The Question Is, What Is The Way To The Blessing?
‎ The money in the bank is not useful until it is in your hands. In the same manner, the declared blessing may not profit you until it crystallizes into your life and manifests physically.
‎Today, we are going to look at some of the ways to accessing the Blessing of God.
‎1. The way of fruitfulness (Fruit bearing).
‎ God blessed them, and God said unto them to be fruitful…(Genesis 1:28). So, to be fruitful is to be blessed, and to be blessed to be fruitful. Receiving without releasing is a curse (Hebrews 6:7-8).
‎Sitting in church doing nothing and enjoying praise, worship and the atmosphere of miracles without bringing in lost souls into the fold does not guarantee the Blessing. (Psalm 92:13-14) says, Those that are planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing. That is, they are not too old to bear fruit; they are not too old to evangelize.
‎2. The way of righteousness. (Psalm 5:12) says, For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
‎God will always bless the righteous. The way of straightforwardness is the way of blessedness. God has a way of blessing upright people. "Righteousness is acting in ways that make you hold yourself accountable to God". It is a way of Blessing.
‎ COUNSEL
‎1. Beloved, if you desire the Blessing, be straightforward, be honest. Taking what is not yours does not add to you; it only subtracts from you.
‎2. What is not yours is not a blessing but a burden.
‎ ASSIGNMENT
‎1. Determine to be straightforward and honest in all your dealings.
‎2. Ask for God’s mercy and make amends if you have been living a life of crookedness.
‎3. Talk to someone about Jesus today. Make evangelism a part of your daily, weekly or monthly schedule.
‎ DECLARATION
‎ The Blessing of the Lord find visible expression in your life in this season in Jesus Name.

‎ THE CHARACTER OF REVIVAL.
‎Exodus 12:12
‎ There is a connection between anger and unction. Several events and happenings in the nations of the world reveal that we are at the end of time. The signs of the end time are so glaring. We see witches coming out publicly to say they are witches. Homosexuals and g**s are coming out publicly to claim rights. That was what happened in S***m and Gomorrah and God could no longer watch the abomination (Genesis 18 :19).
‎However, it is also important to know that the end time is a season of revival. It is the time for the most drastic moves of God such as the world has never seen. It is prophetic. Our understanding of seasons determines how we maximize them.
‎ Having seen that we are in the season of revival, it is crucial to know the features of this revival. So, today, we shall X-ray one of the features of revival which is the humiliation and destruction of the forces of evil.
‎A MAJOR CHARACTERISTIC OF REVIVAL
‎-: is the humiliation and the destruction of the forces of evil. It is to catch the devil, humiliate him, and teach him to regret his devilishness; it is to bring the devil to the point where he regrets the day he became a devil. He was an angel, Lucifer before he became satan, the devil.
‎ There are many of us who carry a kind of mantle that will make the devil regret his devilishness and make him cry. The Bible did not say, Unclean spirit shouted or screamed, rather, it says, that they cried out (Mark 1:26). They were so manhandled, humiliated, and molested that they cried out in pain. We are in that season where the devil and his agents are going to regret their wickedness and evil.
‎ (Exodus 12:12,) God says, I am passing through Egypt tonight. I want to sentence the gods of Egypt. (paraphrased). That was a kind of revival.
‎ Beloved, I want you to possess a sufficient dose of anger against the enemy of your life and destiny. There is a connection between anger and unction. When the lion roared against Samson, anger was stirred up from the inside of Samson and the fighter’s mantle rose up on his head and he tore the lion into pieces.
‎ When David saw Goliath, he said, Who is this uncircumcised Philistine? Something, a dimension of holy anger rose up inside him. That fury imparted him with fire that made him bring down Goliath. Thus, Goliath was deleted.
‎Beloved, get angry at the devil. Be furious against that affliction or captivity. God sent Moses to go and revenge the blood of all His people, everyone that Egypt buried before their time. That was the assignment of Moses.
‎ Today, the mantle of Moses is on you to sink the devil that wanted to sink your life, your destiny or family. And your victory is confirmed in the Name of Jesus Christ.
‎ NOTE
‎No devil can silence the voice of a man or woman who is connected to God in prayer.
‎ ASSIGNMENT
‎1. Refuse to be afraid of the enemy of your life (2 Timothy 1:7, 1 John 4:4)
‎2. In the light of today’s lesson, go against what is confronting you.
‎3. Do not fail to connect to the Commanding the Day Midnight Prayer tonight and set on fire any evil altars fighting your life.
‎ DECLARATION
‎ I decree judgment on every enemy of your life and destiny today in Jesus Name. The Lord sink them like Pharaoh in Jesus Name.

‎THE WORD OF GOD IS THE SUREST FOUNDATION FOR VISION.
‎ A vision that is anchored on the Word of God is guaranteed to stand, no matter the storm. Our anchor scripture reveals the security and durability of anything founded on the Word of God. It is therefore worthy of note that if a person must go far and last long in life, his vision must have a scriptural foundation and backing. The Word of God must be the pillar of everything a man seeks to achieve with his life. Now, it is one thing to have a vision, it is another thing entirely to build that vision on a solid foundation (the Word of God) for the prevention of vision abortion.
‎ (Matthew 7:24–25) Jesus likens the one who hears and obeys His Word to a wise man who built his house on a rock. The storms came, the wind blew, but the house stood firm because it was founded upon the rock. Beloved, there is a guarantee of success, sustainability and durability when your vision is built on the Word of God. Peter walked on water in (Matthew 14:28) because he walked on the Word. He did not just step into the water randomly—he waited for Jesus to speak. And once Jesus gave the Word, “COME”, Peter stepped on that Word and defied natural laws and limitations.
‎ Elijah also acted on God’s Word in
‎(1 Kings 18:36.) When he called down fire on Mount Carmel. He declared, I have done all these things at Thy word. He was not trying to prove a point or make a name; he was simply standing on a Divine injunction—and Heaven responded with power. Beloved, if you desire to see your vision come to pass, build it on God’s Word. And whatever you want to build—whether it is a career, ministry, business, or family, make sure it has its root and bearing in the Scripture. Let the Word of God guide your steps and confirm your direction. That is how to attract both Divine backing and lasting success.
‎ ASSIGNMENT
‎1. Ensure your vision has its foundation in the Word of God.
‎2. Declare the Word that anchors your visions regularly as you pursue those visions.

‎CHARACTER IS A POTENT TOOL FOR SOUL WINNING. Act 11:26
‎ When your character is right, your preaching is short. My father in the Lord'' Dr PST PAUL ENENCHE said Many years ago, when he was a student in a university, a young man who was a chronic Indian H**p smoker would always quake and quiver any time he saw him coming. Unknown to him, this young man had his reason for doing that. This, he later made known to Dr PST PAUL ENENCHE after his conversion, and it was as instructive as it was somewhat amusing. This young man told my father in the Lord those days, it looked like he was coming to destroy him.
‎ Obviously, being that my father in Lord was already a Holy Ghost-filled born-again Christian, there must be something he saw in my father in the Lord'' that so badly terrified the devil in him. Now, this was how he gave his life to Christ: One day, my father in the Lord'' confronted him and told him to go on his knees for prayers. He went on his knees, and my father in the Lord'' led him to Christ by the fire and force of spirituality and character. My father in the Lord'' said he had not seen that man smile in his life until he led him to Christ.
‎ Beloved, the reason some people do not want to follow you to your God or to church could be your lifestyle or character. Maybe they can see that your lifestyle is not different from theirs. When both you and they are habitual late comers at your place of work. When they write an earlier resumption time after resuming late and you follow them to do the same, they are watching you. When you tell them to give their life to Christ, they would see no reason to do so because there is no difference between their sinful lifestyle and yours.
‎ Beloved, let your character be godly so that your witnessing can be potent. Character is a potent witnessing tool.
‎The disciples of Jesus were called Christians first in Antioch. People must have looked at their character and noticed that they behaved like Christ. So, they called them Christians (little Christ).
‎Remember, those were unbelievers calling them Christians, and not believers that called themselves Christians.
‎ Beloved, godly character increases the potency of Christian witnessing. When your character is godly, your witnessing is potent. When your character is right, your preaching is short, because when there is plenty of evidence there is minimal argument. Evidence will always tackle arguments.
‎ NOTE
‎1. Beloved, never allow any questionable character make unbelievers say, “If being a Christian is like this, I had better remain in the world.” Don’t let your character discredit Christianity. Let your life be an epistle for unbelievers to read so they can turn to Christ.
‎2. The fact that everyone is doing the wrong thing does not make it right. Despite what people do, the standard of God remains sure.
‎ ASSIGNMENT
‎1. Stand on the principles of the Word when you are confronted by temptations.
‎2. Trust God to help you conquer the self-life and unrighteousness.
‎ DECLARATION
‎The Lord use your life to draw souls to Himself in this season in Jesus’ Name.

‎GODLY CHARACTER – A WEAPON OF DEFENSE. 2 Corinthians 6:7
‎ Godly character is armoured. It is a weapon of defense against the adversary.
‎Sometime ago, My father in the Lord'' said he heard a story of someone who was sitting in between two friends at an alcoholic joint drinking shop. When they were done drinking, they said to him, “Can we move?” But surprisingly, he could not move anymore. He could not stand. Eventually, it was confirmed that life had left him. When a postmortem investigation was carried out to ascertain the cause of his death, it was discovered that he died of poison, his drink was poisoned, possibly by one of the friends that he was drinking with. He died at the frequency of his passion for alcohol. What a sad story!
‎ Obviously, he was at the wrong place doing the wrong thing with the wrong people and consequently met a wrong fate. He was not in church, and it was not Holy Communion he was drinking. No one would have put poison in a cup of Holy Communion for him to drink, and even if that was the case, it would have returned to the sender. It was alcohol, liquid hell that they laced with poison, and he drank it and reported straight in hell. Meanwhile, a godly man took concentrated hydrochloric acid from the fridge and drank it, thinking it was water and nothing happened to him. Of course, hydrochloric acid is as transparent as water. He drank it before realizing that it was not water.
‎Someone who saw him drinking it screamed, “Ah! You just drank acid.” He shouted by faith, “No! It cannot be acidic. I just drank water.” And true to his audacious declaration, it turned into water in his body by the armour of righteousness and faith.
‎ Beloved, godly character is an armour. It is a weapon of defense against the adversary. Righteousness is an armour; it is a weapon of both defense and offence. That is why (Ephesians 6:14) says, Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness. So, righteousness is armour. That is why when that armour is out of place, there is a challenge (Ecclesiastes 10:8)
‎ NOTE
‎1. Beloved, anything that is pushing you into compromise is pulling off your shield and weapon of defense. Keep your righteousness intact, it is your armour.
‎2. Who you are determines your defense; it determines your security.
‎ DECLARATION
‎ Every enemy or wicked arrow looking for you is returned bac to Hell in Jesus’ Name.

‎THE PROFIT OF GODLY CHARACTER.
‎1 Timothy 4:8.
‎ Iniquity invites calamity. It has been confirmed that godliness is not just about escaping hell at the end of time. Godliness has profits, both in this life and in the life to come. The profitability of godliness is much more than making heaven at the end. Of course, making heaven at the end is the ultimate in our walk with God. It is the best thing that can happen to anyone. No wonder, the Bible says, For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? (Mark 8:36).
‎ But the critical thing to note is that godliness is profitable, first on the earth. In those days, we used to sing a song that says, ‘It pays to serve Jesus, I speak from my heart. He’ll always be with us, if we do our part; There’s nothing in this wide world that can pleasure afford, There’s peace and contentment in serving the Lord.’
‎ Beloved, the truth is, it pays to serve the Lord. Godliness is profitable on earth before it takes us to heaven. That is why we shall be looking at two profits of godliness in our studies today.
‎1. Godly character attracts the Presence of God and the Presence of God equals the anointing. Psalm 24:3-4 says, Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. Godliness makes a person ascend the hill of the Lord. Godly character establishes a person in the Presence of God. The opposite is also true: an ungodly character disconnects man from the Presence of God (Isaiah 59:1-2, Habakkuk 1:13). Iniquity keeps a person distant from God.
‎2. Godly character impacts boldness, confidence and the audacity of faith that may be needed in times of confrontation.
‎No wonder Jesus says in ( John 14:30,) Here after I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. ‘Hath nothing in me’ means the devil could not find any fault in him; there was nothing to hide, and so nothing to fear. That is, “The devil is looking for me, but he is helpless. The prince of this world cometh but he can find nothing in me.”
‎ Beloved, it is crucial to note that iniquity invites calamity, but spirituality with integrity frustrates calamity. When there is nothing to hide, boldness is intact. For instance, little children would look at you straight in the eyes and be afraid of nothing. A child can even look straight at a snake unafraid. Of course, he is not aware that it is dangerous. In their world of innocence, they have nothing to fear.
‎ Beloved, at one point or the other in your life, satan, the prince of this world and his agents may try to look for you. The question is, would you be able to overcome them?
‎ NOTE
‎When you have chosen the life of sin, you have sacrificed the Presence of God.
‎ ASSIGNMENT
‎1. Guard your heart from guilt.
‎2. Ask God to grant you the grace to say, ‘No!’ to sin always.

‎ THE INEVITABLE 24 HOURS. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
‎ The way we think determines the way we act, and the way we act determines how we end. We live in a generation with a gross misunderstanding of life’s purpose. Some people think they are alive just to make money or to make a name. Some think they are alive only for pleasure. But the purpose of life is far beyond money and pleasure. Our anchor scripture above and (Isaiah 43:21) have helped us simplify the purpose of life.
‎It was MYLES MUNROE (of blessed memory) who said, “Where purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable.” Life is prone to abuse where the purpose of life is not known. Where the purpose is wrong, pursuit can never be right. Action determines outcome. The way we think determines the way we act, and the way we act determines how we end. The tragedy of life is that many people don’t think seriously about life in the afterlife until they are in critical situations or when they are almost at the end of their lives.
‎ STEVE JOB was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at age 49. He said he saw his life fading away before his very eyes. In his terminal days in the hospital, while reflecting on his life, he said, “I have made all the money I could make. I have done everything I could do, but I have realized there are many things I haven’t achieved.” In that condition, when he was asked to give a speech to a group of graduating University students, he gave a 15- minute speech in which he asked a crucial question, “What would you do if you had only twenty-four hours to live?”
‎Beloved, everyone should ask themselves this vital question, If I had just 24 Hours to live, what would I do?” Would your answer be, “
‎I would go and make the best hairstyle.
‎ I would like to make some more investments, or
‎I would like to go and sleep with that lady/man?” No! I think what would be uppermost on most people’s mind is, “If I die now, where am I going? Is there someone I need to reconcile with? Is my way right with God? Is there someone I need to preach to that I have not yet preached to?”
‎Beloved, live everyday as if you had only 24 hours to live because one day you will have only 24 hours to live. Beloved, the reality is, there is no amount of faith that can stop that one day. Our creation was not our decision, so our lives should not be lived anyhow we want. We should live to bring God (Our Creator), praise, pleasure, honour, and glory.
‎ NOTE
‎The greatest pain in God’s Heart is seeing Christians coming before Him all the time with their character unchanged.
‎ DECLARATION
‎Grace to live with the end in view be released for you in Jesus Name.
‎ ASSIGNMENT
‎1. Examine yourself; are there things that may hinder your place with God in eternity? If there is any, make amends.
‎2. Live everyday with eternity in view.
‎3. Ask God for the grace to walk in uprightness.
