Archbishop Akubeze of the Archdiocese of Benin died on Thursday, July 9, at the age of 69. He died in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States, while on vacation. According to reports, he passed away peacefully in his sleep.

The following day, Friday, July 10, a new Apostolic Administrator for the Archdiocese was announced. Most Rev. Donatus Ogun, Bishop of Uromi, stepped in immediately.

In less than 24 hours after his death, the office he occupied was already occupied by another. His body had not even returned to Nigeria.

Learn from this, the world may stop to mourn you, but it will not stop because of you.

Don’t overestimate yourself.

For years, Lola has been called names. She has been age-shamed, labeled "manipulative," and blamed by many people for the rift between the Psquare brothers often without any clear evidence.

Yet, if you've followed her over the years, you've likely noticed something different. She has consistently come across as calm, family-oriented, and respectful. Even after public disagreements, she has still wished the twins happy birthday, choosing grace over public fig^hts.

People mo,cked her for being older than Peter. Today, she is still standing beside her husband, they have built a beautiful family together, and their marriage has endured many storms. That doesn't prove she is perfect, and we can't know everything that happens behind closed doors. But it does remind us that age has never been a measure of love, loyalty, or the success of a marriage.

Maybe it's time we gave Lola her flowers not because she's flawless, but because she has shown remarkable resilience in the face of years of public criticism.

Peter, continue to cherish your wife and protect the family you've built together.
Lola, many people admire your strength, your grace, and the confidence with which you've embraced your age. Wishing you continued happiness and peace.
