Just one love within,
Precious things I think,
Craving for those that speak,
My heart tells me what he did

All for human sake,
He died on the cross in pain,
We thought we won the game,
He went to hell and won the grave,
And gave victory to all sinners and saint,
That the world would become a better place,
He died on the cross in pain,
So that we could be save.

In his marvelous and unrelenting mercies,
He saved and fed families,
That no child will be homeless,
He took them all and make them HIS children's.
For his mercy sake

He cried,
We heard,
The dead came alive,
The blind felt his mercy and received sight,
Many died and he gave them life during his time.

Powers change hands,
The day he died,
Many were saved and the dead that were dry came to life.

He gave his child,
For the barren to have a child,
He gave his child,
For the fatherless to have a father,
He gave his child,
To redeem our time.

All for his mercy sake.

I told them that the tree has not rot,
They all disagree with me,
We started our journey with nuts,
With our youthful exuberance decorated with green horns,
We were young minded at valley of falsehood,
We survived and cross through to the forest of betrayal,
We were averagely experienced at the lake of reflection,
I thought one of us will drown,
Thankfully three drowned in peace,
We summon courage as we flew,
Our time of survival was gasping fear,
We were not filled with green horns when we reached mountain edges,
We climbed as machines, we war with dwellers,
We fought in sincere pain,
When we gain salvation,
Some have seen their Calvary,
But we live to make their names citations.
I led them through my thin breathe,
I was honoured to carry on the duty of my fellow comrades,
After all sacrifices some felt unresolved with my felt,
They believed the tree was rot,
We were at the brook of agony, when we strife at each other,
They perished no doubt,
But I lived because the tree was not rot.
When the season ended,
Finally at the tree foot, my heart burst with endless joy,
Cause the tree rot and am not alive to see it rot.

ELEGY FOR MY TOWN

1. There is a war in the kingdom,
Jackals are on the attack,
The defence of the homeowners is failing,
They are losing their homes,
They are deprived of livelihood,
Yea, deprived of whom to bury them when to dust they return,

2. The jackals took the jungles also,
And the innocent farmer consumed,
Even their cubs they spare not,
A million ghosts roam the land

3.The village sage is now homeless,
His honour rubbed to he mud,
YET the centre man looks on,
Looking at his subjects wiped away,

4. Why is our centre man watching us die? By the crushing iron and fire,
We were born who we are!
To believe differently and sacrifice differently!

5. The village is filled with ghosts,
And the living jackals takes it over.
But the centre looks on still.

6. Only the unknown saviour can help us now,
We have been forsaken...cried the sage.
