There’s no need to fight Abel Damina for the sound doctrine he teaches.
His message is centered on correcting long-standing errors and helping believers come into a clearer understanding of the Gospel, especially in places where tradition has overshadowed truth.
Sadly, in many circles today, what is called “love” is often presented with conditions—as though God’s love must be earned through giving or material sacrifices.
But God’s love was never transactional. He demonstrated it from the beginning, and fully expressed it when He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, for our redemption at Calvary (John 3:16; Romans 5:8).
His love is a gift, not a reward.
Giving, therefore, should not be a means to obtain God’s love, but a willing response of a heart that has already received that love (2 Corinthians 9:7).
It is for the advancement of God’s kingdom, not a transaction to secure divine favor.
It is important for many pastors to reflect deeply on their message and approach—whether they are truly serving God through Christ, or unintentionally promoting something else.
Some teachings from the pulpit today raise serious concerns about understanding and intent.
Personally, my first encounter with Abel Damina on Facebook made me skeptical. I initially thought he was just another controversial voice.
But after listening carefully, it became clear that his teachings are rooted in a genuine desire to restore what has been distorted over time.
It would be far better for those who recognize the truth to align with sound doctrine and contribute to building the body of Christ rightly.
