Why should you keep your eyes open?
1. If you want to effectively Engage and Connect with the Congregation then don’t shut your eyes permanently.
2. If you want to give clear Guidance, Direction and cues to the band, then you have to keep your eyes open.

3. You need to be Aware of your environment while you lead. Therefore your eyes should not be permanently shut.

4. For Effective communication with other team members, like musicians and technicians, often requires eye contact and visual acknowledgment, which is only possible with open eyes.

Honestly speaking, I have not fully recovered from that experience. With just a few people in the room, it was just obvious that Heaven kissed earth that Night!

Yesterday's Rehearsal Session with Minister Jefferson!

Rehearsal Day 1:
¶ I got familiar with singer, and got to know their vocal capacity.
¶ Jeff introduced some of his songs to the team.
¶ I began to harmonize the parts immediately
¶ At the end of day one 3 songs were 80% Vocally ready!

Rehearsal Day 2 will be next week!
