I remember a sidechick that was once angry that my friend spent 120k on a casket of wine.
She got angry and seized his ATM.
Telling him he has a wife and a family at home and he has things to take care of not to be spending money anyhow.
I was just watching.
I was really impressed by that girl that night.
Infact,
My friend told me that since that girl came into his life, his finances changed for the better.
She prompts him to send his wife money often.
She seizes his cards when he overspends.
Sometimes, she tells him not to call her for 48hours and to stay with his wife - that they will see the upper week.
She forcefully collects 200k from him monthly and by the third month, she sent him 500k and told him she kept 100k for herself as service charge.
Then she made him add money to that 500k and clear his family’s rent for the upcoming year.
She said the most important thing is that his family must have a place to put their head.
She blatantly tells him to put his wife first before her.
An outsider wouldn’t know she was just a sidechick.
You’ll think she’s his wife.
Omo, when I saw all these things, I started to have a rethink.

She’ll go round Lagos office to office just to try to get patronage for someone she was just a sidechick to.
After a few years, the same man was contracted to fully furnish a hotel in Opebi, Ikeja.

Some sidechicks can change your life.
