Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has been announced as the keynote speaker at the 2026 Center for the Advancement of Racial Equality (CARE) Summer Conference scheduled to hold at the University of Northampton, United Kingdom.
The conference, themed “Race in Action, Partnership and Change,” is being organized by the University of Northampton in collaboration with ETGSL Education and will bring together scholars, policymakers, community leaders, and advocates from across the globe to discuss issues surrounding racial equality, inclusion, and social transformation.
Governor Otti is expected to deliver his keynote address on Thursday, July 2, 2026, between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM at the University of Northampton’s Waterside Campus, Northampton, United Kingdom.
