A great choir is great during rehearsals and consists of Choristers that know their craft. Choristers that know that they should put individual effort in their free time to improve themselves. Good vocal habits and dedication to improving their singing daily is how one builds a successful choir. Knowing how to read and interpret music while understanding how vocal anatomy works. Nothings happens without effort.
