Wow, wow, wow… what an incredible two evenings filled with what we love most: singing. Our concerts at Terra Africa Guesthouse were truly special, each in its own unique way.
Night 1 was held outdoors, and we kicked off with a bit of drama when one of our choir members’ car broke down — but as they say, the show must go on! The breathtaking sunset painted the perfect backdrop for our performance. Being out in the open, the sound may have been affected by passing cars, nature and the soft evening wind, but none of that could take away from the joy we shared. We ended the evening with our audience singing along to Away in a Manger and We Wish You a Merry Christmas — a truly heartwarming moment.
Night 2 started with the stage beautifully set and the lights shining… until the weather decided otherwise. As the drizzle began, everyone jumped into action, carrying chairs, cables, lights — whatever was needed — to move everything indoors. What followed was a cosy, intimate concert that may not have been perfect, but felt absolutely right in every way.
