🐾 World African Wild Dog Day

Did you know? African wild dogs have one of the highest hunting success rates among Africa’s large predators and are known for their incredible teamwork and strong social bonds.

Sadly, they are also one of Africa’s most endangered carnivores, facing threats such as habitat loss, human-wildlife conflict and disease.

Today, we celebrate this remarkable species and the importance of protecting Africa’s wildlife and wild spaces.

The video explores how trophy hunting accounts for only 3% of tourists but contributes around 20% of tourism revenue, helping to support wildlife conservation, rural livelihoods, and the sustainable use of Namibia’s natural resources.
