Ready for Summer at Oh Shift? 💪🏼

It’s a dance and stretch ready schedule that’ll keep you active until the end of Feb. With morning and evening classes available you have no excuse;).

Doors open on the 15th of January and the cycle ends on the 23rd of February. 6 weeks of dance, yoga and fitness courses ready to get you sweating and feeling brand new.

Note the change in morning yoga sessions- only Tuesday to Thursday, with Wednesday starting a little later at 8am.

The s*xual current is the strongest of forces known to us, and yet we are not taught how to wield it in relation to another. upcoming workshop series -SACRED SOVEREIGN SEXUALITY- will guide you to use your metaphorical journeys into the Underworld, in the context of s*xuality, to forge you into becoming Queen of the Underworld, instead of staying a damsel in distress…

Whether or not you are in a romantic partnership, this workshop series is for you if:

🌹 You are finding yourself pendulum swinging from one extreme of s*xual suppression to the other, of recklessly engaging in risky s*xual behaviours, at a cost.
🌹 You repeatedly attract either the same kind of unfavorable partner, not worthy to sit at your sacred s*xual fire, or relationship dynamics where you lose your sense of self and sovereignty.
🌹 You are in a loving lovership, but you know that the type of love making you are experiencing is not even remotely touching the full extent of ta***ic union you sense is possible.
🌹 You are finding having s*x to come with a lot of “baggage” in the aftermath, with bringing up either physical pain or trauma from the past.
🌹 You ignore your intuition time and again, and find yourself in unhealthy s*xual relations because you are still operating from an inability to tend to your inner, hurt child or acting from limiting beliefs inherited from your family or the collective r**e culture paradigm.
🌹 You want to experience a relationship where you are both exalted to God/Goddess status in each other’s eyes and hearts, in the bedroom and beyond.
🌹 You don’t know yet what a full body YES or NO is, with these in-the-moment feeling tones and felt senses guiding your decision-making process in relation to s*xuality.
🌹 You are looking to redefine your definition of s*xuality, unburdened from any preconceived ideas, limiting beliefs, traumatic imprints, energetic blockages and systemic prescriptions.

SACRED SOVEREIGN SEXUALITY-
breaking the trauma spell and embracing the Queen archetype

9 hours packed with growth and healing :
Friday 14 July, 5pm – 8pm
Saturday 15 July, 2pm – 5pm
Sunday 16 July, 10am – 1pm

Venue will be the Oh Shift Studio, 4 Luther Street, Windhoek

Dr. Monet will be guiding you through healing and growth

Investment: N3300/person, includes: tea and healthy snacks, a comprehensive, 25-page manual, two e-books, and two guided meditation audios.

Commencing with the next New Moon, and with the current New Moon as well as subsequent Winter’s Solstice on Tuesday, this is an auspicious time for women to heed the call and proclaim their inner Queen and outer Queendom. Winter time, especially in combination with a dark moon, signifies and invitation to go within, to befriend the darkness/stillness, to become acquainted with those parts of yourself long forgotten and suppressed and to LISTEN to the messages from that incorruptible guiding force within. This task of inner confrontation is not always easy, especially when faced with outdated and challenging patterns/conditionings which hold us back from having the kinds of love relationships, ecstatic love making and sovereign manifestation capacities we may only have glimpsed, but don’t yet have the means to call in.

With this workshop weekend, the first in a series of Queen’s Command workshops, you will be able to dive deep into the mysteries of s*xuality as alchemy, while being supported in a safe workshop container, and in so doing be initiated into what is means to be a wise ruler of your realm in this magical day and age!

MORNING YOGA is beginner friendly and aims at connecting to and grounding yourself for the day. Someone conscious breathing, then work up some strength and a sweat and then cool down and relax in Savasana.

Every morning Monday- Thursday 7:30 to 8:30, 60 min of you, the mat and endless possibilities and breakthroughs. 🧘🏻‍♂️🙏🏼☀️

Tuesday evenings YOGA, 17:30-18:45, a solid 75min vinyasa flow session, also beginner friendly and guaranteed to get you feeling fit, flowy and connected to your highest self.
This class is followed by a 45min stretch, stay for the second class and walk out - worked out and mobile 😜🙃🕺🏼.
