We would like to sincerely apologize if our service has not been up to our usual standard today. We know it’s not the experience that you are used to or have come to expect from us, and we are aware of it.

We are currently a little short staffed while we work through some internal matters, and our team is doing everything possible to get things back to where they should be as quickly as possible.
