The last two years have been difficult, with the whole world coming to a standstill last year. People lost their jobs, loved ones, businesses and much more. One of the things that help ease the pain and suffering is music. Listening to music makes us feel good. Whenever we are overcome by emotions, music comes to our rescue and makes us feel better. Hence why Windhoek Central Youth Choir organized the “Healing Through Music” event. To help people overcome their overwhelming emotions and losses, and to remind them that God is the greatest Comforter and that He will always be there whenever we are in need. The song says “God is the light that shows us the way, this world is a dark place but when He is with me, I am not afraid.” We continue praying for healing 🙏🏾

As we enter a new month, may we remember to look up to the LORD who is always there when we need Him. He helps us in every situation we are in, trust that He has heard your prayers and have faith that He will answer them and come through for you.

One way to grow in your understanding of the word is to put what we hear into practice as we hear it. God is making a promise to us that He will be with us if we put to practice what we see in Him or hear from Him. Also, putting it into practice makes us effective teachers to others.
