📣Warning to CD Baby customers: I've been a CD Baby customer for more than a decade and recently my content was falsely flagged and removed by CD Baby with no warning and not one CD Baby representative / technician making contact with me. After 4months and countless help centre messages that they quickly change to "resolved" without even looking at my situation, I've realised that they have big glitches with uploading and handeling errors on their side which they can't fix once they "canceled" or removed your content. My 3 albums which they incorrectly "canceled" / removed took me years and cost me money and now it's just gone from all platforms. Even now that I've loaded my music on DistroKid (which is way better than CD Baby) I'm still struggling with the 💩 CD Baby left with the cancelled content leaving an empty ghost icon on music platforms even when you try and download the new uploaded version.. I'm a singer / songwriter who is absolutely furious and disgusted with the horrible service you get with CD Baby and now I will make it my mission to warn every artist I can who is considering using CD Baby 👎👎👎
