Did you know, there are 537 million people living with diabetes globally - 1 in every 10!?

Diabetes will be responsible for 6.7 million deaths in 2021 - 1 every 5 seconds worldwide.

This year the theme is about Access to Diabetes Care - a century after its discovery, insulin and other critical components of diabetes care remain out of reach for many people who use them.

Let’s spread the word about diabetes in November by lighting up your home or workplace in blue; blue circle is the universal symbol for diabetes.

Let us all work together to raise diabetes awareness while also taking care of ourselves.
