Balance Items to be sold!
Hi everyone!
We are selling 2nd hand (pre-loved) items and new items.
Remarks:
- 2nd hand and some New items for sale
- all items are at fix price (no bidding/already discounted accordingly)
- we do not do delivery, please arrange your own self pick up
- we are not furniture or electronic shop, no viewing acceptable, we can send to you more photos or videos
- if you are interested and as first come first serve basis, minimum 50% deposit (non refundable) or full payment for booking, please send to us the payment slip
- we do not do delivery, please arrange your own pick up grab/lalamove/others at your own cost
