Another meaningful throwback 🌙✨.

We recently gathered for a buka puasa dinner with our Muslim colleagues, and this time we chose Dorsett Hartamas. It turned out to be such a wonderful evening filled with warmth, laughter, and togetherness.

After enjoying the delicious spread, we went up to the highest floor where we were rewarded with a breathtaking night view of Kuala Lumpur. The sparkling skyline, cool night breeze, and peaceful atmosphere made the moment even more special.

Yesterday's company dinner in conjunction with Chinese New Year was truly heartwarming.

Everyone dressed up so beautifully, and yes — our gentlemen looked especially handsome 😉 The atmosphere was full of laughter, smiles, and good energy.

We enjoyed a sumptuous seafood buffet together, and the joy on everyone’s faces reminded me why this team is so special. Beyond the food and celebration, what mattered most was seeing our colleagues relax, connect, and genuinely enjoy the moment together.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
● Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Experience in food R&D, quality assurance, or food safety preferred.
● Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., FSSC, HACCP) and Halal certification requirements.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication skills (verbal and written) for meetings, report writing, and cross-functional coordination.
● Highly organized with strong documentation and record-keeping ability.
● Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and any lab data management systems.
● Experience in food RnD preferably in sauce and paste manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop new food products and improve existing recipes.
● Conduct product trials, testing, and taste evaluations.
● Prepare samples and prototypes for internal review.
● Study new ingredients and analyze test results.
● Document formulas, SOPs, and product specifications.
● Ensure products meet food safety and quality standards.
● Support production during scale-up and trial batches.
● Work with QA/QC, marketing, and procurement when needed.
