KEJOHANAN PAINTBALL PERINGKAT KOMUNITI SELANGOR & TERBUKA VARSITI 2026

NL Draco Paintball Club dengan julung kalinya mengajurkan kejohanan paintball untuk kategori ROOKIE dan VARSITI. Kejohanan ini terbuka kepada semua pemain-pemain baru dan pelajar-pelajar daripada IPTS / IPTA / Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi / Institusi Latihan Kemahiran di seluruh Malaysia. Kejohanan ini akan bertempat di Nemesis Legion Paintball Academy pada 20 & 21 Jun 2026.

Objektif kejohanan ini bertujuan untuk pembangunan sukan di peringkat akar umbi dan memberi pendedahan kepada orang ramai tentang Paintball di Malaysia dan luar negara. Selain itu, kejohanan ini juga menjadi platform untuk mencungkil dan mengasah bakat baru menjadi barisan pelapis kepada para atlet sukan paintball negara yang sedia ada.

KEJOHANAN PAINTBALL PERINGKAT KOMUNITI SELANGOR & TERBUKA VARSITI 2026

NL Draco Paintball Club is organizing our first paintball tournament for ROOKIE and VARSITY category. Rookie category is open to public for participants with no tournament experience and Varsity category are for students from IPTS / IPTA / Higher Education Institutions / Skills Training Institutions throughout Malaysia. This tournament will be held at Nemesis Legion Paintball Academy, Shah Alam, Selangor on 20 & 21 June 2026.

The objective of this tournament is to develop the sport at the grassroots level and provide exposure to the public about Paintball in Malaysia and abroad. In addition, this is also a platform to unearth and hone new talents to become the next generation of national paintball athletes.

Rookie Category Prizes (Registration RM200/team)
🥇 First Place: RM600 cash + Trophy + Medal
🥈 Second Place: RM400 cash + Medal
🥉Third Place: RM200 cash + Medal
🥉Fourth Place: RM100 cash + Medal
*Limited to 20 teams only
*Open to new players only

Alhamdulillah.

NL Draco Paintball Club together with Malaysia Paintball Referee Organisation ( MPRO ) Official Board and Nemesis Legion Paintball Academy managed to organised our first MPRO Marshalling Course Level 1 & 2 for UMPSA Malaysia

It was one of our efforts to introduce and expose the paintball sport into the masses especially from educational institutions level.

One of our seasoned player, Arif Toyib Samad represented the club in sharing his experience and journey in the sport. With more than 19 years of experience, he managed to cover all aspects and trades of the industry and did his best to capture the interest of the students.

He said, “Paintball is not just playing. It builds character and trains yourself to be a team player which can also be applied in your work and daily life. Within the industry itself, you have the options of choosing the field that you would focus into, be it a player, an event organizer, sales and retailer, a trainer, a facilitator, or even in management. Try it once and I promise you, you’ll get hooked. I’ve done it all and I am still doing it”.

NL Draco Paintball Club is looking at organizing a varsity level paintball tournament aimed to work together with universities & colleges willing to participate. From there, our aim to organize a national level tournament involving all educational institutions will become a reality and create more players. Hopefully one day, we will have professional players competing at the highest level of the sport, local and international.

NL Draco Paintball Club bersama Malysia Paintball Referee Organization ( MPRO ) dan Nemesis Legion Paintball Academy berjaya menganjurkan Kursus Marshalling MPRO pertama kami Tahap 1 & 2 untuk UMPSA Malaysia

Ia adalah salah satu usaha kami untuk memperkenalkan dan mendedahkan sukan paintball kepada orang ramai terutamanya dari peringkat institusi pendidikan.

Salah seorang pemain berpengalaman kami, Arif Toyib Samad mewakili kelab dalam berkongsi pengalaman dan perjalanannya dalam sukan ini. Dengan pengalaman lebih 19 tahun, beliau berjaya merangkumi semua aspek dan perdagangan industri dan melakukan yang terbaik untuk menarik minat pelajar.

Dia berkata, "Paintball bukan sekadar bermain. Ia membina perwatakan dan melatih diri anda untuk menjadi pemain pasukan yang juga boleh diaplikasikan dalam kerja dan kehidupan seharian anda. Dalam industri itu sendiri, anda mempunyai pilihan untuk memilih bidang yang anda akan fokus, sama ada pemain, penganjur acara, jualan dan peruncit, jurulatih, fasilitator, atau pun dalam pengurusan. Cubalah sekali dan saya berjanji anda akan tertarik, saya sudah melalui semuanya dan saya masih dalam industri ini."

NL Draco Paintball Club sedang meninjau untuk menganjurkan kejohanan paintball peringkat universiti bertujuan untuk bekerjasama dengan universiti & kolej yang bersedia untuk mengambil bahagian. Dari situ, matlamat kami untuk menganjurkan kejohanan peringkat kebangsaan yang melibatkan semua institusi pendidikan akan menjadi kenyataan dan mewujudkan lebih ramai pemain. Semoga satu hari nanti, kita akan mempunyai pemain profesional yang bersaing di peringkat tertinggi sukan itu, tempatan dan antarabangsa.

UPDATE ALERT!

We would like to apologize for the postponement of MPL 2026 Leg 1 (11–12 April). Due to a slower response from teams and with Hari Raya celebrations still ongoing, we felt it was best to reschedule to ensure everyone can fully participate.

We hope this gives all teams more time to prepare while enjoying the festive season with family.

Here are the new dates for MPL 2026 :
• Leg 1 : 16-17 May (Pasir Gudang, Johor)
• Leg 2 : 25-26 July (Klang Valley)
• Leg 2 : 19-20 September (Jerantut, Pahang)
• Leg 4 : 7-8November (Klang Valley)

Let’s start with Alhamdulillah.
Praise to Allah for providing us the best result we could have wished for.
A great sign of commitment from the players available and ready to perform for the recent Jerantut Open Paintball Cup (JOPC 2026) and performed they did.
Playing against unfamiliar teams but kudos to all for taking up the challenge in the Open Division.
We were excited and worried to be honest. New teams, new players, that does not have anything to lose, unpredictable and dangerous. It was surely an event to remember.

Next, we would like to thank our sponsors,

DYE Paintball DYE ASIA for providing us with the best gears. Our DSR Pros were amazing. After shooting them for a few tournaments, it gave us the same feeling during the NT’s era with major upgrades. Match that with our lightweight attires, we have found our best combination.

Orb for sticking with us through thick and thin, providing us with excellent attire. They are currently in the process of adding our 2026 line, we look forward to what they have in store for us and everyone. Something is brewing, just wait for future announcements!

Lastly to the 2 of the most important individuals during the tournament, our one and only dragon mummy, Ibu Habibah Abdullah, and unyielding assistance crew, Putra Rinanza.
