"PILATES FOR DANCERS"

~ a tailored program with comprehensive approach to physical conditioning that is beneficial for dancers~

If you are a Dance enthusiasts (any dance genre) who has aim and goal in improving skill development and mastery, we love to work with you.

Ms Olivia, has wealth of experience in teaching classical ballet, coaching dance competition and also a choreographer for 12 years.

She is Polestar Mat and Studio Comprehensive certified. Currently also GYROTONIC ®️ Expansion System apprentice.

Details as below:

• Every Sat at 11am
• Special rate: RM200 only per month
• 4 classes per month
• Non-sharable/non-refundable/ non-
tranferable
• Package valid for 1 month only
• Upfront payment
• Minimum age: 11 yrs old
