为了避免以上问题 交易前需备注给每一个顾客知道，在收到鱼后诺在还没开封的情况下发现鱼以死亡，需拍照与视频给我们卖家作为实证。
解决方法为两种：
1. 原价退还鱼身价格不包括邮费。
2. 卖家会赔偿另一条鱼，先由卖家自身选鱼，再给买家考虑，在双方都同意的情况下即可更换。但买家需再自付所需邮费。

注意：诺开封后再发现鱼死亡或倒入买家鱼缸等容器后死亡（无论是收货当天或前几天）以及各各人为所致死亡本店一律不负责。
