It is with deep regret that we announce the cancellation of the "ONEW FANMEETING 2024 IN MALAYSIA" that was scheduled to be held at KLCC Plenary Hall. We understand the disappointment this news brings to Onew's dedicated fans, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Due to unforeseen internal circumstances, we are unable to proceed with the event as planned. We assure you that this decision was made after thorough consideration, and we appreciate your understanding and support during this time.

Refund Process will be as below;

1. Refunds will be processed starting from 1st August 2024 onwards.
2. All ticket holders will receive a full refund by 5th December 2024.
3. We kindly ask for your patience as we work to ensure all refunds are carried out accurately and efficiently.
4. You do not need to provide any additional information to receive your refund.
5. Once your refund has been successfully processed to your original payment method, you will receive an email notification.
