2025年头因为身体状况，无法唱歌，中医几个月调理，抗阻训练，照顾饮食，5-6个月后，开始慢慢重新出发，肌肉一开始好像不太听话，感觉需要从头来过，发声位置全部感觉消失了，气息偶尔弱到使不上来。
经过自己的一番执念😆 不放弃的精神，从下决心，然后不确定，怀疑自己，然后坚持，怀疑人生😆到顺利完成Don Giovanni，再和朋友一起表演，那种可以自由唱歌的状态真的。。。特别珍惜了💕
*虽然表演前身体还是突然心悸，可是还算顺利完成
