Its 28th July - Sunday, Our team wrapped up the three-day Interport tour at the Old Frees’ Association (OFA) an interport event that was nothing short of spectacular. Walking into the venue, we were greeted by familiar faces from the PSC/OFA members, instantly bringing a sense of camaraderie and warmth.
The spread of food and snacks was impressive, and Michael took the spotlight as the bartender of the day, whipping up delicious “roti babi” hot from the oven. We indulged in local delicacies like “Gary's goreng pisang,” Tausiah piah, six-flavor Apum, and Quesadillas....
The atmosphere in the room was electric, reminiscent of a festive celebration, complete with singing and dancing that felt almost like a Chinese wedding celebration where drinks flowing non-stop.
Although RPDYC faced a tough match and lost 12-8 to OFA, the focus quickly shifted back to enjoying the evening. The sumptuous dinner that followed was a highlight, featuring mouthwatering dishes like ayam rendang, kambing, sotong, and fragrant nasi biryani, all of which disappeared from the tables in no time.
To cap off the night, we dove into a karaoke session that had everyone showcasing their vocal talents (or lack thereof!) while sharing plenty of laughs. The combination of good food, great company, and a lively atmosphere made for an unforgettable outing.
Thank you Andy, Alex, James, Michael, Albert (near real-time content creator) and all OFA members for graciously hosting us.
