This skinline reveal trailer is a little different from our previous ones with Riot, as this is catered for their yearly main events for the E-sports scene, VCT Champions. It’s a product that requires us to think and work with a direction that focuses the vibe of a VALORANT Champ, while having the need to focus and capture all the unique essence of the weapons. This is also our first trailer that we get to bring in our preferred music studio and we definitely went with no other than Two AM Music. Awesome music direction and support as always although there are some hiccups along the creative process but we are all happy and proud of the final ain’t we?

The Araxys skin-line trailer is a quite different from the previous trailers we worked on for VALORANT. The concept and weapons design for this skin-line has to show a power of an unknown, hostile alien race whom conquered the stars, nearly unrivaled. So the direction of using the perspective of a human captive really worked well on this one.

We reflected the concept by using distinct panels, large scale looking plates from the weapons on the characters, and also the drop pod (transport unit). Ok, cinematic lores for Araxys next 🥶
